      It's July 2022. Google listing says this branch is open until 4P today (Wednesday). Signs on the door say otherwise: "THIS BRANCH HAS BEEN PERMANENTLY CLOSED SINCE OCTOBER 26TH". Time to update you listing BofA!!!

      If you have an option, don’t do business at this bank. You will leave frustrated. Be prepared to have no customer service whatsoever. I made the time to go in there on two occasions and both times a left within two minutes. Branch manager couldn’t be less helpful. Won’t work with you. In my case I have a sister who is ambulatory. Manager wants me to bring her in, , No other options. Told me to go to a lawyer and get a power of attorney. All I needed was ReplacementATM card to be sent to her our/her address.(old one expired)has to be done In person. Second occasion was just to ask for a form. Nope. Call customer service. Can’t get that form for you here. Branch manager greets you like a friend. Meanwhile is anything but.

      I came to the bank with hundreds of coins i got in the past few years and looked for an exchange. There is no any customers, but i have to count them and row them myslef in the corner, plus listening to their whispers of how hard to count them. Seriously? Will cancel my direct deposit to BOA right after typing this, and transfer all my money there out. Dont want any dirty work? Then dont deserve any work

      This is an older branch, but the people that work there are courteous, friendly and very capable. And they have a drive thru teller!

      Horrible customer service, they gave me such a hard time. I do not recommend Bank of America or this branch to anyone.
