B M11 teller working at 10am on a Monday morning is ridiculous. Standing here in line as 3 other employees sit in offices not helping move the line and just chatting away with each other. Bad business

Craig Harrington1Man o man, if I could give negative stars I would. They have now closed the drive thru because they couldn't staff the bank. Now I stand 12 deep at 930am. They have 2 tellers. A greeter at the door who does nothing but hold a tablet and ask you all the things he can't help you with. Meanwhile the the manager and another teller are working on other things while customers stack up. Just a really bad use of resources all around. Too bad. Could be awesome if they wanted.

Chris Valen1This place never has enough Tellers or Persons to help expedite Anything!! This bank is barren and empty. They have absolutely no ability to take care of anyone. After finally fully typing out this review. 6 people were standing in line for the teller. 3 at the door talking to the lady. 6 were also sitting here waiting on rep. More people or a simple machine to get simple things out the way like debit card replacements with proper ID. This place LACKS MANAGEMENT!!

joe garza1Terrible experience. Bank treated me like a criminal. I pin validated, I provided my driver's license, I provided 2 factor authentication via a text to my cell phone twice, I confirmed all of my personal information on my account, I even provided my old driver's license from another state. While security is important, THAT was overkill! In addition to that, I had a meeting to attend 30 minutes after my interaction started. When the time was getting close. I told them if this will take much longer, I will come back later. I mentioned this again when there was 7 minutes left until my meeting. And then I asked for all of my stuff back 5 minutes til. She didn't listen and held my stuff there against my will until she FINALLY got my cashiers check printed. I ended up late to my meeting with my director. Absolutely ridiculous. Train your staff better. After this, I will be looking for a local credit union to switch to.

Sandra ketchersid2I deposited a check and was told everything was good. Then I receive a cryptic email telling me the checks on hold for 11 days because it might be returned? All this on Friday right before closing. And the 800 customer service is no help. So I'm really confused what Happened They should have called me.

Esther Thomas1I see why the majority of their reviews are 1 star. I went to a Teller named Angela, she was extremely rude and kept answering me by rolling her neck. It was very unprofessional and a bad look for the company. When I went to her window I let her know what I needed today and I explained to her my bank card does not work anymore but I needed to withdraw, which I know all they need is my ID and social or account number. She gets an attitude and says "well normally I wouldn't do this so.." and "what is it telling you, what do you even need" she not once looked me in my eye and spoke to me like a customer she kept looking down rolling her head and I caught her rolling her eyes before she turned around. Even after this I was still being polite because I was raised with respect. After she took my ID and did a big "sigh". I asked for my ID back and went to another Teller named Jeff and he was very polite and he helped me withdraw. I was trying to be empathetic with her because I knew it was a Friday and the 1st of the month and I also have a sister who is a Teller, so I know how stressful it may be. But after seeing how rude and disrespectful she was I was in disbelief. Not only that but everyone before me was also disrespected by her, she was even speaking so loud to one guy that everyone knew all of his business, I felt bad. Please bank of america for the sake of your business and customers, bring in people who are actually professional and care for your customers.

Shanta Mayes1Make sure you make a appointment if you need to speak with someone because if you are a walk in, the service is very poor. I had to wait 45 mins before I could speak with someone and the bank manager rush me out the door because the agent had an appt. with another customer at that time. I felt really upset because it should not matter if I had appt or not we all should be treated with same respect. I understand customer with appts. came first however once I was speak with an agent I should have not been rushed out of the bank. When I ask the manager for his information, he would not provided to me and give me a genic card.
