Dixie Kuntz1I was there a few weeks ago and had an issue with a deposit that had my deceased husband's name on it. I actually had followed the estate department's recommendations. Then, Bank of America wasn't going to redeposit their own check. and the teller said she would speak with the bank manager and have her call me. I'm still waiting...and waiting. I have been a Bank of America customer for a very long time. When this covid and issues with my husband's passing is complete: I will look for another bank.

Sherry5I wish I would have written down their names but I appreciate the two ladies that helped me at the drive up window today. I live about an hour away, needed cash, and forgot my debit card. They helped me get what I needed and also showed me how to set up the BofA app so if I ever forgot it again, ( no doubt about that ) I can use the app to get cash. And, they were so nice while doing all this for me. Thank you, thank you thank you! You two are the best!

Lisa Borrelli1Apparently my last review was deleted. Terrible customer service, they leave customers waiting in lobby for an hour with no direction. Tried for over a week to get a simple letter for a real estate purchase but they were unable to help me after over 4 hours of face to face and hotline help. They just don't care. Put on hold 7 times and blown off by staff repeatedly. Step up your customer service game or you will lose valued customers. I don't think I'm asking too much to get common courtesy at the bank! 3 trips to the bank and 5 calls to customer service and still received no help. All I got was wrong advice from everyone I spoke with at BOA.

Ralph Camus1Had a hurricane approaching. When the going get tough, they get gone. Not only did they close two days before the storm . They shut down all the ATMs. So when I need to get to my cash, through my bank I can't. Not only were the other bank's ATMs open but they were open too so their customers could get their business done. Storm is gone, all other banks are open. Guess who is not. Friday!! Last day to get weekly business done. Enjoy your vaction!!!!!!

Kevin Flynn1Do not use this Bank of America - go to another branch. Went in to cash check made out to myself and my spouse as wanted certain denominations. There were 2 people with tellers and 3 people in line. It took me over 30 min and eventually line was back to door. This took forever and then even though we both had signed check and both are on the account I couldn’t cash it unless my spouse showed ID as well. Never had that happen at other branches. Said I could deposit but not cash. What’s to prevent me from depositing and then withdrawing that amount. Ridiculous. Then as we were going out to car the woman who had been in front of me was returning as they had shortchanged her by $50. Slow and incompetent. Will use other branches from now on. This is also the branch that around the hurricane another patron and I walked in and door open but no one was in bank so she called the police.

Leslie Murphy1They have been closed for the past two days with no indication of when they will be open. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. It used to be a great bank but staff is short and the lines of cars are extremely long . Wait time averages about 45 minutes.

Siobhan Rose1No one answers the phone at this bank ever! I had a simple problem and tried for hours nonstop to get an answer. I had to drive 20 minutes to the bank just to ask a simple question! What a waste of time, this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life!
