Peter Victoriano1We arrived to open a business account with a appointment, when we were sat with Maria Palacios she seem right away like not wanting to service us. She immediately insisted we open the account in the state I am from after explaining to her customer service said that opening a account from another state is easy and can be done at any locations. She then left and came back and said they can’t open the account because my corporation wasn’t registered with the state where we do business as. After finding it on my phone she left again for another 10-15 mins to come back and say the bank doesn’t want to do business with us because the info doesn’t match. I asked which info is she talking about and her respond was the bank doesn’t have to share. When asked to speak with the manager she was going back and forth with in another office she brought to me the greeter in the front not the manager. She didn’t seem to want to work and my brother and I felt discriminated maybe because of the way we looked or because my brother was with me in a wheelchair she wasn’t professional and she seems like a bitter old lady that couldn’t finish her snack! I asked for her managers info and they didn’t want to share had to make a fuss to get their business cards. Called the bank filed a complaint and opened the account! It’s sad people like her take their job for granted and waste peoples times with their laziness

Jose Simon1My mother went in to take a cashiers check from HER business account. They did not allow her to process the transaction because she did not have her debit card. A debit card That she never received or has used. The teller Natalie and Manager Donald were rude and embarrassed/shamed her. They have no business in customer service and should not treat people That way. No effort in their part in assisting and meeting her request. Very unpleasant experience from a very well respected Financial Institution. Shocking to say the least. Multiple accounts with BoA and customer for over 15 hrs.

M Appel1Tellers are nice but everything else is the worst. No drive thru Tellers, no commercial teller , only 2 tellers and always a long line. Don't go in the lobby unless you have at least 1/2 hour to wait to do business.

David G1Biggest waste of time . The receptionist man at the front seems to pick based on favorites and not by appointments times . No sense of urgency or control of reservations . You will waste your time sitting there for an hour . Don’t come to this bank it’s the worst customer service I have experienced at any bank in Miami. Awful for business services !

Shteena S. Sliggnits1I have no idea why anyone would give this bank more than 1 star. There is never less than 10 people in line, from the time they open until the time they close. The drive-through is closed and they have only 1 teller working inside. It's a typical third-world zoo atmosphere in this bank, i.e. kids screaming and people making retarded small talk with the tellers even though there are 12 waiting in line.

Alexis Delavina1WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! My finance went to deposit cash into my account and told him he couldn't and he told the teller it was an emergency and she still didn't do it. Didn't even attempt to speak to a manager about the situation knowing it was an emergency!!! Didn't know you had to be dying in the hospital or overdrawn in your account to allow a cash deposit from a person who is not the owner of the account!!! Never have i ever heard of that nor did i get the memo on that rule!! ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!!!!

The cashiers are very nice and professional but they definitely need help. There wa a line of 15 people and only one person becaythr other one was between the drive thru and the window horrible worst bank ever I shouldn’t even give it one star

Facundo Bernardo1Evertime I go to this bank they take forever for anything! I opened an account with them and it took literally 2 hours. I go to deposit a check to another persons account and theres always a line. Im going to cancel my account soon, I just havent done so because I know i'm going to be there for a while. We just want fast service!
