      Bank of America has the best online banking app, however, when you go in person to one of the branches they usually offer very poor customer service. This one in Hyannis is definitely the worst. Wait lines are usually long because there’s either only ONE teller available or sometimes there’s two but everything is so slow. Today, for example, an elderly lady was waiting in line for several minutes, to the point she mentioned to me that she wished there was a chair to wait because she was in pain from standing for so long. There was one a manager helping another customer, and another manager sitting in one of the rooms who kept staring at us who were in the line but did absolutely nothing to help. This is the reason I left BofA.

      Today I had the worst experience at Banc of America on main st Hyannis. The person who attended me was Estela, a very rude,unprofessional and RACIST woman!!! She started yelling at me even before I could ask any questions! I’ve been visiting this location for more then 10 years and I never was treated as such!!! And I believe she is so rude mostly with Latin people! Because all my family had a bad experience with this woman and now they chose other banks! Please BANK OF AMERICA i expect better from you!!! How can you have such a unprofessional person working for you like Estela???!!!

      Worst customer service always. Every single time. The wait is forever and teller and manager were both rude. Cannot wait to never go in there again.

      Jennifer doesn’t have a good customer service she is rude and unprofessional with customer I had a bad experience with Jennifer she has no respect for the customer very disappointed with my experience over there today !
