Annette Abakasanga1Bank of America hire more staff and pay them well for goodness sakes. Why do we, the customers have to suffer all the time waiting in long lines to be attended to? Today, 12/31/21 I stood in line for over 30 minutes just to cash a check, it was very hot in the bank with only 2 tellers and a long line of customers. I asked for water and was offered a cup instead of a bottle of chilled water. You guys should anticipate a long line with the holidays and either staff appropriately or offer chilled water at the least. You guys keep disappointing me more and more, watch me switch banks soonest.

Walter Carcamo1Whoever thought these couches were comfortable are clearly hateful. Or cheap. And why isn’t there more staff at these kinds of places?? You can get here first thing in the morning and be here all day. Smh. Can’t even get a slot in for an appointment

sohail mukhles1Mannerless employees, tellers are rude and sounds like not willing to help at all, as if they are being forced to do the job. The line inside the bank is long most of the times and there are shortage of bank tellers at the busiest hours. 9 out of 10 times the waiting period to speak to someone is long, very inconvenient place and the worst BOA branch I have seen.

crystal minh1Terrible experience every time gone here. Tellers seem like they don’t want to be there, half the bankers are incompetent at their job, particularly one lady who was both a teller and a banker with her own office. The manager is biased towards certain people and tries to “help” (but makes the situation much worse). She makes false claims and fake promises, but never lives up to it. Go to any BOA but here.

Mad Mike1Stop solutely horrible banking location have been there numerous times to cash checks for my mother. Lines are always long sometimes as much as a 20 to 30 minute wait simply to cash a check. And while all of us for standing in line there are numerous other employees either sitting in booths or standing around doing absolutely nothing. This is the worse application of customer service for a bank I have ever seen this place should be close down completely

Catherine Ly1Wanted to deposit money into my savings account, but didn’t want to use the atm, because I felt unsafe. The teller, Almas, gave me a hard time over it and turned to her coworker and said, “why do people wait in line, when they can use the ATM?” Well, if I wanted to use the ATM I would have done it and not waited for 30+ minutes. Terrible service. There were at least 5 people working the counter, and yet only 2 people were actually working. One Peterson was just standing there and waited for his shift to be over while there were at least 20 people in line. I have never seen this much bad service in my life.

Davis1Not just this one, but all bank of America are understaffed. There's always only 1 person working 3 drive thru lanes and 1 teller in front. At least a 20 minute line all the time. Went to chase in the corner and opened my accounts there instead, there's never a wait at chase cause they are fully staffed. Bank of America can't afford to hire more people
