  This bank is an absolute disgrace to the name “America.” They never have more than 2 tellers working and people are always waiting. If I could review in the negative, I would. Absolutely the worst bank on the face of the Earth, if we had the capacity I’d wager it’s the worst bank in the whole universe.

  Doesn’t matter what Bank of America you go to, always expect a 20+ minute wait with only one teller working during rush hours. It still amazes me that people actually use them for banking.

  The worst place ever, I have since changed my checking account. Went to talk about my mortgage and they said they couldn't help me. I really want to change my mortgage if I can't even get help. I'm really upset, you should be able to go in there and talk about your accounts

  One of my best banking experiences. The banker there was really helpful she answered all of my questions even though I asked her more than once the same question. She was nice and made me feel welcomed there. Definitely will be banking there from now on

  This place sucks. It's always busy & the lines are insanely long. Plan on spending 30-45 minutes waiting. There a a few nice tellers but everyone else is rude. The last 2 times I have been here there was irate customers in line yelling and cursing about the service. This branch and the one in Temple Terrace are the reason I closed my account with BOA.

  I recently visited this Bank of America location to deposit a money order from Amscot into my checking account. After waiting nearly thirty minutes in line, the teller refused to deposit the money order and insisted that I must go to Amscot to use it. (keep in mind that its a money order, as long as your ID matches the name on the order, you can access it's funds anywhere) I was then directed to the bank manager who just repeated the same thing the teller had said. I then left this bank and visited the BoA on Bears Avenue by the 275 exit. They completed the transaction without any problems within 10 minutes. The wait at this location is ridiculously long and their staff are incompetent. Avoid this Bank of America location.

  This is the worst banking experience I have ever had in my life... They just do not care about customer service The wait time is beyond ridiculous Totally clueless

  Spent an hour in line waiting to deposit a rent check at the end of the month...you’d think they’d anticipate a longer line during that time of the month and staff appropriately!
