I've banked with Bank of America for over 10 years. They no longer do money wire overseas where I need it done. I've tried 3 different Bank of America's and no one could ever tell me why. Initially thought system was acting up because I've sent money wire before. Well today also reminded me why I never came to this branch anymore as well. Everytime I come to this branch not only are they understaffed but they always mess up my account or don't allow me to withdraw large amounts when I want to. At the other branches when they can't do the wires for me. I can withdraw the cash and go to my other bank and have it done. Here these ppl working there act like it's their money and refuse to give me MY MONEY. My account here is my main account. At this point I'm closing my account and banking somewhere else. Their services has gone down and no longer provide what I need as a customer.

My experience at this branch has been very pleasant! Financial Manager Meghan Magneson was extremely helpful in assisting my financial case. She has really gone above and beyond for me, all meanwhile assisting other customers in the bank at the same time. I appreciate her professionalism and dedication of work at this branch! I'd like to give a special thanks to this Bank of America.

I have banked with BOA for a really long time and had to close my account today. Everyone I dealt with was very pleasant and Victor, the employee that actually helped me, could not have been nicer and professional. Victor made an overall bad situation a lot more pleasant for me. I will go back to BOA, when I am able to open an account again.

      Response from the owner

Hi, Alicia. We're sad to read that were losing you as a client. Thank you for being a valued Bank of America customer. We appreciate the positive review about your experience. ^Joseph

The ladies in the bank that work are very nice, but there is no help you come in and there is someone or two people standing at the front to greet and try and get you to open accounts, mean time, there are two tellers for inside and the drive through. you can wait up to 30 mins or more either way inside or out.. Its not fair to the workers to have to put up with that stress and not fair to the customers. I the other branches of other banks like regions, chase all have more tellers and helpers. especially regions there are at least three people or more behind the teller booth. BOA is a very cheap bank to work for from what I understand, and that carries over to there service to there customers..

Seeing the bad reviews, had to write a one -- there was a slow moving line inside, and while we were waiting, an employee (Jesus) came up to ask if he could help. Very kind, and within a few minutes, our problem was solved. Super nice customer service.

      Response from the owner

Hello. Thank you for the positive review about your recent experience with Bank of America. Thanks for letting us know how helpful Jesus was during your financial center visit. We appreciate you taking the time to let us know and we value having you as a client. ^nicole

      # 1 bank in the area if you like standing in line for over 30 minutes to make a simple transaction. Only two tellers covering both the line that ran all the way to the front door (over a dozen people at one point) and the drive-through. While this was the worst I have seen in a good while, it is unfortunately standard operating procedure for this branch. Feel sorry for the poor tellers. Edit: The teller with an accent has been consistently rude to us over the past several months--no greeting other than 'next' and she just hands us our withdrawl without saying anything and just looks away...doesn't even respond to 'thank you'.

Worst Bank of America I’ve ever been to. If there were another closer I would never come again. There is never more than one teller line (Which takes approximately 30 min for one car). If you think you can walk inside for faster service there’s another one teller with a line out the door. Every single time. Bonus- if you call you cannot even speak to someone. Try it.

They have a new rule guy, don't allow cash deposit inside the bank :))). If you want to deposit by cash you need to go outside and used the ATM. If have some problems with the ATM and lost your money they should be said that your fault. I was surprised when the bank doesn't accept cash :))). One more thing is the lady with short hair so RUDE to Asian people. She will look at you like a homeless. Bank of America always rude like that.

It’s Saturday, the bank closes at 1:00 pm, I almost didn’t try the door as it was right at 1:00, but I did and the door was open. I tentatively entered the bank and no one said “Get out, we’re closed!” so I proceeded to the teller area. The blonde lady greeted me enthusiastically, with a big smile and a comment that she was glad I was there! So I was glad I was there. I had a simple task to take care of and when the blonde lady finished helping her customer, she pleasantly assisted me. That brief experience, interaction was a perfect example of excellent customer service. Thanks to the blonde lady for making me feel welcome and appreciated.
