Today i went to this branch and there was a guy not wearing mask and they let him in. Not just that he wasn't practicing social distance after i took this pic he was getting really close to the guy in front of him. After that the guy came and ask something to the lady "at the door" and skipped him. Again no one told him nothing. He made it all the way to the window until they gave him a mask.

I had the worst experience today. I wish zero star was an option. I needed to do a wire transfer to our title company. I was not able to do an online wire bc it’s over a certain amount. I showed up the first thing in the morning to make sure they’re not busy. Ruben Baez-Esueda came up to me and said you’d have to wait for over two hours. Since I had my toddler with me, I asked for an appointment and he said the first available is October 2nd, which is in 5 days. Making it impossible to take care of this important wire transfer. I believe he simply was not willing to do his job or help me out in anyway making things near impossible. He suggested a cashiers check so that I can drop off. I informed him that I don’t know where the title company is located and I would be okay with that option as long as I don’t have to drive an hour especially that I have my child with me. He assured me that the title company is here in town. After I left I found out it is not the same title company and I ended up driving close to an hour and a half then another 90 min back home with a toddler. I was beyond frustrated at this point. I had to go back to the branch in order to get his business card to file a complaint. I informed him of what happened. Instead of apologizing, he simply said: have a good day sarcastically. This whole thing happened because he simply did not want to help me. Unfortunately, instead of acknowledging his mistake and the trouble he put me through, he chose to be rude.

Good morning Meera, we value your business and are extremely disappointed to hear of your experience. We're concerned to hear that your interaction with Ruben wasn't at the level you expected. We'd like to learn more about what happened. I don't have a bank account with bank of America right now. I'm cashing my check with them and there is a fee. I know there is a fee and obviously I'm okay with it or I wouldn't be cashing it. The teller asks, why don't you have an account with us? I say, I don't want one right now. Then asks again what's stopping you? It's annoying that's they keep asking when I said not right now the 1st time.

I went in to cash a 30 year savings bond. After waiting in line for a half hour the teller told me to sign the back. After I signed the back they asked if I had an account. I did not. In the past this had not mattered but now they could not cash it based on a new policy and told me to call Treasury Direct. The instructions on Treasury Direct said that I have to fill out a form, get a bank to verify my identity and send in "The unsigned bond(s) you wish to cash." I'm still not sure how to deal with the fact that this 30 year old piece of paper was already signed at the teller's direction, but at least I could get some other administrative work done. After printing out the necessary forms I went back to the bank and stood in line again. The manager refused to sign the form verifying my identity so that I could send this thing in and said they can only help their customers. Customer service aside, the complete lack of empathy and unwillingness provide assistance was disappointing.

B of a won’t state why they are closed and when they really will open their branches . They usually just have one to too tellers, which makes it hard on handicap people. They are too cheap to hire more tellers. ATMs only handle small amounts of cash. I have moved most of my money to two other banks.

No common sense. Every Friday there is a line wrapped around to the door. Yet every Friday there's only two tellers at the window. You'd think management would bring in more help for Fridays. The workers them selves are awesome. But something has to be done about staffing for Fridays.

Absolutely worst customer service! They think customers are stupid and that they know it all! What was 15 minutes task in another branch is a 2 business days wait in this location. Bofa need to train their staff properly and/or hire better talent!

This place suck big time and is not only because i couldn't complete my transaction with out my husband being there (what is the point of being in his account if i cant do nothing)but because i waited in line for a least 30 min. usually i don't mind but i was in front of the line waiting, very slow no sense of urgency . zero stars

This branch is terrible. The manager is rood the wait times are ridiculous and you need a appointment to talk with a banker. I can't wait to cancel every account with them.
