      Waited in line for 10 minutes while 2 bank tellers gabbed & did not even acknowledge me. Then to cash a BOA check. They charged me $8. Thieves. I would NOT recommend using Bank of America

      Horrible staffing issues. Really long and unnessary waits! I counted 5 employees but only 1 teller for a 15 person line. As Im waiting im constantly seeing managers walk bye not helping anyone in their offices on their phone and employees in a back room just chatting away, stay away from this branch

      This location is a dump compared to the branch in downtown Danvers that is being closed. The set up of this branch is terrible and it’s under staffed. Changing banks is miserable but closing the only full service branch in my town clearly shows Bank of America is more concerned with profits than providing decent customer service.

      If I could give zero stars, I would. They never answer the phone, you stay on hold for 10 minutes pressing numbers to select options on their automated menu, and the operator tells you to press 1 to speak to someone at the location and when you press 1 the call ends. Just simple ends. When you get to the bank they tell you you need to make an appointment to come in for a simple notary, yet when you try to call to make an appointment, no one ever answers the phone. The most frustrating customer experience ever, every time.

      Unfortunately always need to spend a lot of time to do a basic transaction Bank of America is one of the most known banks in America and they can’t hire more staff to help the line moving. Please have more staff at this location it’s insane

      This place is run like a gas station. No customer service, always under staffed. Because of COVID even BOA employees now have an excuse to have zero accountability. I have tried to order coins from them 20-30 times and can't even get someone to answer the phone and talk with me for 5 seconds. Good luck
