  There’s 0 reason for a bank to only operate 9-4. Apparently you can only bank here if you don’t have a regular job.

  Really Really horrible service from the platform staff at the Garden City, GA branch. Service standards have absolutely been going downhill for a long time here. Not sure if they just don’t care, or simply not willing to put in any effort to provide a gold standard of service. Maybe one in the same! Unfortunately, there are no consequences for poor service during this time! Just an apparent abuse of this “pandemic” as an excuse not to work or do as little as possible. Short BOA stock!

  Yesterday I went into this branch area to get 4,000 out of my account. To mind you I’ve been banking with Bank of America for 5 years this has never happened to me. I forgot her name but it was a older white teller short hair cut. She asked for my id then took my card and to check it okay cool. No problem! She then got my I.D. and got a flash light and put it to my I.D. As if it wasn’t me or more like because I’m black and couldn’t have 4,000 in my account. She put the flash on my I.D. Twice! I have never went through that. After that she gave me my money didn’t even count it to me she just threw it to me in a envelope. I had to stay at the counter and count my money myself. Horrible

  Both ATM's closed for nothing. Absolutely no reason. Whats the purpose of having a bank with ATMs you cant access when you need them??

  Horrible bank and horrible customer service they all have a different answer/lie in their mouth, never can resolve an issue and have bad attitudes

  So I'm in bank of America in gardencity it's right next to my job. Only 1 person behind the counter. It's thursday and they are taking forever.
