J Reid1I was racially profiled at this location on todays’ date March 23,2022 around 9:30 am. I went to make a withdraw from my business account and provide my business debt card and I.D as usual. The white women clerk goes to the back and gets what appears to be a supervisor; stating I must provide a signature. They also stated my signature has to match the same signature I opened the account with; which I have been a business member since the year 2020. This is disgusting behavior and the women should be removed from her title.

henry callahan1Stood in line for 30 minutes. I get to the window and I'm told I need my check verified... The guy chiddy was suppose to been doing verification but he walked past me and assisted everyone else.... I wasted time standing in line only to have to stand to the side and wait. What is the point of his job??

Ice Cream Lady1Bad experience. I had to cash a check from one of my tenants. They made me feel like a criminal. I was very close to opening an account with Bank of America because an employee at the flat shoals road asked me bit the experience I had today at this Rockbridge location proved that I should not and they gave another customer a hard time. He wanted to open an account but they made him feel so bad that he told them never mind and walked out. Shame, shame, shame. I guess they need training on how to handle their black customers because they handle the white lady totally different and they were both black.

jereme garland1November 2021- this branch, a full two years after the epidemic started and a full year after the first vaccines rolled out, reacted as if a leper came into their institution bc I didn't have a mask on. They asked me to put one on, knowing every person in there is vaccinated, and I told them no! Since no one there wanted to listen, I'll share with you all- Bank of America needs to change its name to something else. They don't represent us anymore. Look at what they did on january 6th. They turned over client records bc they had the wrong political favorite. And just months into covid, they canceled two of my credit cards with zero balances w/o a care of whether i would be hurting without them and I've been with them for 15 years. No thank you. Be wiser with your money y'all.

Ena1Let’s start by Saying every time when you want to visit this Location after you pass the security checkpoint the only help you will get is a sticky note with a 1-800 number and Goodbye! The lines go all the way out to the road,by rain or shine .The unprofessional and untrained employees without knowledge or a routine make you feel as if they were just hired.They work extremely slow,and approximately 3 to 4 people can be in the building at a time! Even for the most basic service you will need 15min to a hour!

alex shah17 people in line and only 1 teller. All staff members walking around doing other things. I don't believe there is lack of staff at this location, only they don't care about people waiting. Manager and another staff member at the door greeting and only 1 teller actually helping. Pathetic.

Angela Hodges1Chiddy should not be in a management position. He is very polite, I agree with that statement however he runs that bank like a poorly staffed restaurant. He isn't proactive and waste alot of consumer's time. I was considering opening an account with them however the experience was horrible. I wouldn't bank with them if they were giving money away for free. Simple task that could be addressed when you walk in the door aren't. You wait and wait just to get to the counter to be told stuff customers should be before waiting in line forever. Then after he see you are frustrated then he reacts but by then you don't want to be BOA customer. Horrible location and they really don't want new customers with him as a leader.

Manager is too lazy to fill in as a teller and take care of the customers, instead he runs around the bank like a chicken with his head cut off acting like he is doing something important, while all the people in line stare at him wondering what he is doing and why he is doing the things he is doing... Such as straightening the desk where customers can fill out their deposit slips... Bogus location..boooo

Joshua Terry1Chiddy is very polite. Bank of America doesn't give their employees any training or ability to assist in any way. This bank has given my problems every step of the way and I am closing this account due to bad policy's , staff in able to assist and holding deposited funds for over 72 hours in multiple cases. They will remove funds from the person issuing the check but not make funds available to the payee.
