      I have purchased Cashier's Checks from B of A before, though it has been a few years, but this was the first time I have been asked the business address of the payee. Though the teller was not unfriendly she was not exactly the happiest I have encountered. One I don't carry my banks ATM card on me so I showed her my I.D., then she said she would look up the business address on her system, it seems like she found it because there were no more questions about the payee address again. Afterwards I told her the amount and then she proceeded to ask the payees name again, which I thought she had written down or which the name was still on her computer screen from looking it up. To me it was just a long process compared to Chase bank. There they do not ask for the payee address, it is a very efficient process and one is in and out very quickly. The only reason I came here today to do my business was because I was in this part of town, but if these are the actions it takes to get a transaction done I'll drive further down the road rather go through that again.

      Ive been here twice and horrible experience both times. Not friendly at all. Teller was raising her voice at me, talking over me as if I was stupid. I walked away & went to the Marysville location. There I was able to talk to a manager & get the documents I needed. Recommend the Marysville location. Much friendlier and no wait time.

      Many atms outside with 1 inside the bank. Appointments make visits inside the bank easier. Employees are friendly and knowledgeable.

      Any time I have a questionable transaction BOA always has my back I have had accounts with other banks but no place that cares about there customers like BOA

      Always have the worst service at this branch of BoA, never enough tellers, and always a wait in line while most of the employees mill about and talk. A separate customer pointed out that there were all these customers waiting in line with no service and the only teller responded "oh they don't care." Unacceptable customer service. Last resort banking option every time.

      I made an appointment online and when I got there 2 other people had their appointments for the same time. When they talked to me they had no one available and rescheduled me for another day. I should have gone somewhere with decent service

      The staff is friendly i will start with that. The average working adult gets off work between 2-5pm to then handle the errands and going to banks. This bank in particular is understaffed in that time frame normally with 2 people at the front. Theres about 20 people in the ljnw now with an average wait time at 5-10 mins per person. That adds up. There needs to be some staffing adjustments to uphold customer satisfaction and to improve the efficiency.

      We recently moved from Fairfield to Yuba City and this was my first experience with a bank in this town. For personal reasons we had to close down a savings account with this bank. Our wait time to see the guy behind the desk was around 1 hour. They were ridiculously busy. Once we sat with the guy ( by the way he appeared to be of Indian origin ) we asked him to close the account and transfer our funds into our checking accounts. He did all that quickly and we happily left. 1 week later I check my account on line and I see that not only the account wasn’t closed but also we have a -5 dollar charge on it!!!! I called the bank as emergency and they apologized for the error of the bank teller and closed my account and fixed the charge. I’m never going to this careless branch again :(
