  So I vistited this location today they shouldnt close the service a hour earlier because they want to the Schedule say they close at 1:00 on saturdays then they should close at 1:00 and not just close half the bank if they dont want to work they need to go get a other job FYI.

  This location needs to be under review. The most unprofessional banking staff i have ever had the misfortune in speaking with. They are rude the bank lobby was disgusting the staff was unkempt and plain rude. They have no idea what their own bank provides. Worse bank ever. I would give this a negative 5 and i will not be back. Disgusting!!!!

  i just left the branch. i has help by a lady name yirka. and she was really nice. she answer all my questions and help me whit my account. i recommend this branch. 100%.

  Just walked into this location, as three employees were huddled in group. I informed the well dressed staff that I needed to make a deposit. They immediately said I could use the outside facility, despite the fact it was cold & had a line. One lady said that I was dressed for the weather and the gentleman tried to walk me out the door. I decided to take a detour back to my vehicle , as another customer strolled right on in. I suspect some training is in order.

  The refuse to cash a check because I do not have an account. Their excuse was the machine couldn't read the check, really! And they wouldn't enter anything manually. I was told to take it to my own bank, knowing the check is coming from them. Machine can't read the check, but they can cash it only if I had an account. Nonsense.

  Went into this branch today to cash a check today, as soon as I walked in I saw a group of employees standing not doing anything but talking. When I tried to cash my check I was told there was a limit for non Bank of America members of $2000. Every other Bank of America I’ve been to the limit is $2500. They treated me as if I were dumb when I explained that to them. When I left I call 3 Bank of America’s in the area and was told by all it was $2500. When I called back it took 7 calls to finally get someone to answer the phone. Marina ( a manager) answered the phone on my 7th attempt and was not helpful at all. And why it took 7 calls to finally get an answer after they were clearly not busy at all is surprising to me. Don’t recommend this Bank of America to anyone that values there time and customer service.

  I've been to this location to do foreign currency exchange. I've never had any issues. But recently a lady named Mj who assisted me was very rude and claimed multiple types of currency could not be accepted do to the type and a small stain on 2 of the bills. I went to another location where they happily accepted all of the currency at another Bank of America location Including the currency she denied. She was just being lazy and did not want to go through the process.

  THE WORST BRANCH EVER! Rude unprofessional people do not know how to treat customers, close earlier, don't solve any issue. I recently closed a safe box and expecting a refund as their associate told me but he did not even checked on the form, they don't answer phone and lie to customers. It will be Bank of America's fall soon if they did not check on their branches and eliminate un professionals employees. Also it appears this branch is for hispanics only as they care for them but not anyone else.

  Been to several Bank of America’s in the area in Northern Virginia and They all have horrible customer service but this one there’s a gentlemen by the name of Evaristo which he handles business accounts and he’s always understanding, helping, very respectful and outstanding customer service.
