  This is not just about the bank, as I've banked with Bank of America for many years and they've always been a great bank for me, this is about my small business consultant, when I opened a business checking account today and the person who helped me was Roberta Gonzales, let me tell you right from the beginning this guy was a professional he answered all my questions and then he went over everything before we finalized the transaction, he definitely did his job, above and beyond, in fact for a while there I thought he was the manager of the bank, he was so professional, anyway my hats are off to him, thank you Roberto for making it so easy

  This location is terrible. Two tellers at the most the lines are always extremely long.Prepare yourself to be in here for at least 30 minutes if not longer.Employee's are nice but the bank is understaffed

  this really sucks on a friday (aka payday)and the end of the month and still only one and a half tellers working with a huge line of people waiting!!!!😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

  Their atm machine malfunctions and shuts down eating my card in the process manager doesn't have time to help me with simple task. Sends me away not once but twice in less than 24 hours. Totally dissatisfied with this bank

  I've had pretty good luck with BofA in Hemet. Could use a few more tellers, but otherwise decent service.

  BofA will not even lend me $300 to get by for the week and I have a full time job and I have direct deposit with BofA if they do not treat me wright very soon I will not do business with BofA again. JAM

  Worst branch ever. 10 employees standing around with 1 teller. 40 minutes to cash a check. Needs to be shut down, or new employees

  Worst bank in America!! Always the longest line no matter what time of day.. slowest tellers ever!! I dread going here.. horrible branch needs zero stars!!!!!

  Our Service pays for Bank of America they should be considerate to have all windows open to get customers in and out .

  I think they need to hire more tellers or they need to rethink the lunch schedule. Every time I have to come into this place the lines are long and it seems they only have two tellers employed here. It's ridiculous
