  I love this BofA branch. The staff are fantastic and have always provided excellent service to me. Recently, Jennifer helped me set up my business checking account and business credit card account and it was a wonderful experience.   I’m here right now, and been waiting for 40 minutes in line. Only one specialist is working and taking her sweet time with each customer. Please open additional windows. Respect your customers’ time.

  Love a bank with no bank tellers. They all went to lunch at the same time. Waited for twenty minutes while the other associates…I guess not a bank teller just laughed and shared stories in their office with the door closed.

  Why is this branch closed on a Monday????? I just recently opened a Bank of America account after being away from them for 15 years and I totally see why I left them in the first place. This bank has gotten even worse which I didn't think was possible and has the nerve to charge a 15 maintenance fee for NOTHING. There are no branches with old school drive-thrus everything is an ATM drive-thru and the branches that has tellers are crowded all day with lines stretched around the building. You can't get anything done with this bank. I cannot wait to close my account tomorrow.

  I came to this location August 02 to make a credit card payment on one of the ATM machines. I deposited my money and the ATM froze. The screen went back to the beginning and it never processed the transaction. I let the manager, Jay, know and he told me to make a claim immediately because these machines mess up a lot. It’s been 2 months since this incident and I have received no update or phone call. I was initially told it would be 60 days, but when I called today I was informed that the claim specialists have 90 days. The machine swallowed my money in a matter of seconds, but I have to be inconvenienced for 3 months paying interest on a balance that I intended to pay off that day. I now have to wait another 30 days for them to find my money and credit my account. Very disappointing service.

  I come to deposit some cash. The Lady does not seem happy With her job, she doesn’t give to me the Balance by printing paper. However, she just tell my balance by speaking out. It happened twice. Lazy and unprofessional for bank teller. I have had bad experiences with Chase, so I don’t try to love all my accounts to Bank of America. Overall, it’s is good, but this location service makes lam me mad.

  If I could give zero stars I would. Every time I walk into this place during my lunch hour they either don’t have tellers for the day or they sent them to lunch so you can sit down and wait for 30 minutes. What ?

  This is the worst Bank of America location I’ve ever been to, every time you go in they never have any tell us available, and you’re not able to ever perform any transactions unless you see ATM outside what is the point even having the bank open if you have to use the damn ATM outside all the time terrible customer service here they always make excuses, as to why they cannot help you when you go in there’s never a teller available and they can never do anything that you need for a inside bank. Terrible

  Update to BOA response: Of course I'd love to do it online/in APP. But we are trying to get a cashier's check which you can't do online. Seriously what is wrong with the management here? You put one person on Monday and we have 20 people waiting toward closing time. You should know better, people tend to come in on Mondays to deal with whatever couldn’t be done on Sunday! The personnel just don’t make sense!
