  Long long long lines always. I've used up entire hour long lunch breaks waiting in the line to pay my rent at this branch, prior to Covid. Now it's even worse. Nice employees, just need more, perhaps? I now you to Aptos branch if I can.

  Everyone at this branch is so friendly. Alex the manger is very helpful. Yes they have long lines, but so does Wells Fargo .. depends on time u go I usually go mid morning or mid afternoon.

  Hands down one of the worst bofa. Lines are always a mile long and external ATM seems always has a problem or you can't take out enough money per your maximum allowance.

  The line is always long, and they usually only have 2-3 tellers. I would usually wait over an hr. Now I just drive to Aptos as it's way faster (even with the drive).

  ATMs never have money!! Never fails atleast once a week I go early to avoid lines and the "withdrawl" feature is temp unavailable on all ATMs. After 20+ years I may have to think about banking elsewhere.

  Quiet, Cold, and Uninviting. Today the BofA Teller charged me $8.00 to cash a $65.00 check drawn on one of there own account holders account. I was shocked and appalled so I contacted my friend that wrote the check and informed them that BofA did this to all checks being cashed. My friend had no idea that BofA did this and was furious!!! Way to go BofA (Bank of America) I hope all of your customers read this and learn what your doing. I won't ever accept a check drawn from a Bank of America account ever again!!!!! BofA CHARGES TO CASH THERE OWN CHECKS!!!! BEWARE!!!

  2 tellers... one attending customers, another working alone while having someone standing behind her. Others just sitting at their desks looking... 14 people in line and still coming. Crazy!!!

  ATM's are frequently out of money. It extremely frustrating especially after waiting in long lines.
