  The only people attending anyone are old ladies.No one answers the phone and the lines are always too long even though there are people there that work at the bank.They are too slow and my cash doesn’t get deposited the day of even though that’s what it’s supposed to be done.My checks won’t go through either when I go there but when I use the app it works just fine.Avoid going in person if you can.I wanna switch banks real soon.

  Just set up my bank account with you guys! And i love the service, Very nice tellers inside and the nice lady robin who helped me was very helpful and explained everything to me perfect so i understood everything! Highly recommend this bank ! Sweet service keep it up! (:

  Went to Mechinicsville branch just to get a check register. I would have had an extra but last time they would only Give me one. The line was long. A black teller was on duty with a platinum blond woman next to her not as a teller. Nice to chit chat with every customer but...Very friendly ladies but don't tell your customers about services when you have a line of customers waiting...maybe acknowledge the line .. step it up please. There are other banks nearby to try...

  I needed change for a $5.00 bill and this branch would not give me the change because " I did not have an account". The teller was very nice and apologized, however, I have never been at a branch of any bank where change would not be given just because I did not have an account. I do have accounts at several banks due to having a number of businesses in many geographic areas, however, I do believe they would make change to anyone that would need it regardless of whether they have an account or not. I do know that I will never have an account with Bank of America!

  Since BOA closed a Leonardtown Branch and I have to drive toMechanicsville I am seriously thinking I will try another bank. They closed the drive thru atMechanicsville, and last week I was the only one in line and was told to wait? It is SO SLOW ....just wondering with the closing of the BOA banks and drive thrus if they will be in existence much longer....come on readall these reviews and step it up please.

  I'm 25, have held an account with BoA for 7 years now. I always like going to this bank if I ever need to go inside for something. They're always friendly, extremely helpful, and they're very knowledgeable. They've always been good to me, highly recommended!

  Seriously sat i the bank with two infants for 30 min just waiting. You got three people working and two of them are making phone calls instead of helping the people that have been waiting. Horrible customer service cause nobody even acknowledged you. I’d rather drive to laplata BOA. NEVER GO HERE IF YOU GOT PLACES TO BE

  Never answer the phone no matter the time of day. Bank tellers are nice, generally a line try my hardest to never go in the bank

  Love to do business with this branch located in Mechanicsville, MD. All of the women know their job!! Secondary to that, they are so friendly and always willing to help.

  Leonardtown branch closed....ATM here is closed whenever I need to use it. Inconvenient!
