carlos abreu1My slow experience ever at a BOA !!! 1 Just teller for 4 Customers and she was talking extra time for every transaction !!! she did greed any customer or have the courtesy to Welcome customer as we approached to her station !!!! It took me 23 Mins to get 2 rolls of Quarters !!!!! I did not even let her speak; I said to her “ Hi 2 of Rolls of quarters please, Thank you “ No even a sign or gesture of “ thanks for the wait or I appreciate you patient”

Recareys Com1I withdraw 3,300 in August from a teller wen I got home there was only 3,200. I went to the back to speak to the manager he told me to come tomorrow . I went the next day he told me the teller was not there 4 days with the same issue I called the customers service did a report nothing happen its November and I didn’t get my money back from them . Don’t go to this bank

Casey Breslow1Worst branch!! Only 1 teller. Waited here for 20 minutes. They want you to use an ATM, but I need a teller for what I need to do. How can a bank be run this way?!? Now I know why I never come here and rather drive out of my way then support this awful place Update a year later- I had to put a check from my employer into my Merill edge account. There was literally 1 other customer in there. They told me I had to wait for an advisor to finish w them to DEPOSIT it into my IRA. Said I had to wait at least 20 minutes. Seriously?!! What about the other 3 workers standing around. This place is literally hell. I’m sorry I gave it another try. I’ve been switching everything to Wells Fargo. I never wait to talk to someone. There is hardly a line, but if there is, there are at least 3 tellers working. This branch claims that Bank of America’s has a one teller rule and one advisor rule. Seriously?!! I know this can’t be true because EVERY time I go to another branch there is more then 1 teller. BOA is going down the tubes, but this branch needs new management.

Jackson Luis4Good service, but this specific building is the most depressing place on Earth. The DMV has a better and more lively interior. This place gives me anxiety, just go to TD Bank instead.

There was a line, and I could deposit a check in 20 minutes only - that's terrible! 2. Dear Bank of America representatives - I hope you will read this review and think about this: • This is 21st century, and now it's 2018, but the interior of your branch is too bad and unattractive - it looks like an old clinic from 19th century!!! You are Bank of America, you have to renovate this branch as soon as possible! 3. You have to hire young professionals who can treat customers in the best way and show great customer service - the people working in your brunch don't even smile to customers! In a word, I am completely dissatisfied entering your brunch and using your services! Hopefully you will get better soon!
