Catherine Mui2Horrible experience here except for one very nice employee. I went in 11/10/21. I was waiting in line for 15 mins and with only one employee working at the cashier. A lady in black/short hair walked by with a tablet asking everyone behind us if she can help them but totally walked past us. We were next in line but she just walked past us and went to every customer behind us. She was rude, discriminating and disrespectful. The young cashier was horrible, very demanding without help. I was lucky to find one nice employee in a white gray dress working at front asking all our questions.

R Perera1The worst bank in the area!!!!! The customer service is bad, really bad, really really bad, Terrible!!! Every time I went to the bank for a simple transaction, there was a long line. 35 - 45 min waiting time to talk to a cashier. Very inefficient. The management is not ashamed to see the customers are waiting in line- long long time. They always have a reason to say why the lines are long. In all other banks in the area, I rarely spent 10 min to talk to a cashier. I have been a BOA customer for over 15 years and 4 of my accounts are linked to many other business entities. That is the only reason I am with BOA at this point. It is a big job to change the bank but that is what I am considering doing now.

A M1This bank is terrible..always a wicked long line. The employee brian (i think his name was) was great but I felt bad he was waiting everyone by himself and there was at least 20+ people in line. Thank goodness my regular bank is Rockland Trust. Never a line there and always great service. I suggest you switch if u usually bank with this horrible excuse of a bank

Marcos Cabral1Horrible customer service!!! The drive thru atm malfunctioned and took my Debit card and they told me they could not open the machine and give it back to me! They said I needed to call and get a replacement shipped to me but they could not get the card that the ATM took. REDICULOUS! its Friday and they wont have my card shipped till Monday so I wont get it till next week! AWFUL SERVICE! AVOID BANK OF AMERICA AT ALL COST!!!!!!!!! She did not try to help me at all just said they cant do it, Basically STOLE my debit card! AVOID THIS LOCATION!!! Go to any other locations just avoid this one! They don't care about their customers!!!

AbsoluteDeicide1Made an appointment to cash in savings bonds. All information online says Bank of America will redeem bonds up to $1000 for non-account holders. Called the Raynham MA branch; No one answers the phone. Made an appointment online explaining I wanted to redeem bonds and did not have an account with Bank of America. The appointment was for 3:30 PM, I made it around 12:30 PM, leaving my e-mail address and phone number in case there was a problem. Went to the appointment, was told they do not redeem savings bonds for non-account holders. I work two jobs, seven days a week, and they completely wasted my time. There was a person in front of me who needed an appointment for his banking who was told they were booked for days, so they wasted his time as well. Complete failure on every level.

Farah McKenzie1BOA is so busy trying to cut out the human touch and they’re not realizing how frustrating it is for customers to not be able to talk to an actual human because the automated systems don’t help much. I’ve been trying to make an appointment at this location but no luck with anyone picking up the phone so now I’ve just made an appointment at Rockland trust across the street to get my home equity loan.

Jim Randolph5Always a busy bank. It is located inside a double strip mall. Including a shaws a cvs and alot of other stores. There is always staff and security there. Even though busy staff seems nice and helpful. Some people i understand are in a rush but if it is busy its busy. I am always greeted by security when walk in and if in line staff that is there is pleasant

Mark Bark1Payday Friday and they have 1 teller on. 3 managers all in the corner chatting, but 1 teller: 48 minutes from enter to exit. Just to cash a work check..
