  Absolutely the worst branch in the area. Wait time crazy long. 1 teller working for 15 people and it's only 10am on a Thursday, so just imagine a Friday. Smh.

  I am currently standing here, have been for 15 minutes. It is Friday 4:41 in the afternoon and they only have two tellers, the line at this point is curling around the lobby. Its FRIDAY AFTERNOON and two tellers, Thanks Bank of America.

  No joke, 20 people in line. One cashier. Other cashiers doing stupid work. Been almost an hour still in line. What a joke of management.

  Would never in my life recommend Bank Of America to anybody. My check was deposited one day. And the next day is was taken away.

  There is always a line but it doesn't take that long to get to the ATM

  Bad experience every time. Always a long wait. If they know they are always very busy why not have more employees. Better yet, have the actual employees be more useful.

  Worst bank ever! I advice people to change accounts and go to literally any other bank! There's a reason why they get so many bad reviews!

  Poor service, only have two works working in the front . Line is always long , I don’t understand they have other works there , they can’t help out with the line ? If you see that you have a long line it would be nice to help out your coworkers , work as team .

  Horrible customer service, have waited 45 minutes for a cashiers check. Literally about 50 people waiting in line. Horible horible! Avoid this location.

  It is disappointing that you have to wait pretty long. Understaffed location. One teller and I am counting about 20 in here. Step up your staff game BOFA. Seriously.
