S R11 is too high for this institution. They closed for an hour and a half today (11:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.) for lunch and put a sign on the door saying it was due to "unforeseen circumstances". Merchants and other customers were left outside with no explanation. This was a planned bank closure for lunch. It was confirmed by two employees who sheepishly admitted it. Bank anywhere else, a credit union if possible.

Worm Execute1The absolute worst bank in town. I'd give them 0 stars if I could. They are SLOW and don't seem to care. They try and up sell you BS programs and are as nice as can be and as soon as you sign up they could care less about you. Everyone from the manager on down is just awful.

Henry Sander1Bank says open until 4.Take 25 minutes to show up at 345 and they say can't help you we want to batch out at 345?Like the public knows what batching out is.Record transaction now and batch it tomorrow.So because you want to go home at 4 I do another 25 min trip ?Transferring all my money to a bank that might be willing to serve its customers.Only reason I had to go to bank was there on line system refused to let me in with right log in data. Employees do not like it when you question there self serving rules.

Anne Aziz1B or A transferred $24,000 out of my account without my permission 6 days ago. I went there in person but the bank manager would not tell me where my money is or when it will be returned! The branch where my money is will not even answer the phone. The complaint phone line for B of A will not let me speak with a representative. Do not bank with B of A!

Brian Martin2Well, I have been banking with this particular bank for over two years. Overall the staff is very friendly and can solve most issues. The problem I have is they used to have a separate line for business customers which was really nice since I bank here for my business. Now there is no separate line amd when I want to do a simple deposit with mutiple checks I can be stuck in the bank for 30 plus minutes for a simple transaction. In fact I am writing this while in line. I think that I will need to find a different bank that places more value in its business clients as this bank obviously does not value my business.

Steve Landers1As other's have said this has the most unfriendly staff of ANY bank I've used and that's saying something. They seem to make up rules out of the blue depending on how they are feeling that day. Don't let them use your money and waste your time.

Aaron g1Terrible! They refuse to pick up their phones if you call in, long lines and never friendly. Place makes you feel like they will be robbed at any second with all the plexiglass and cameras. Currently they are closed with no explanation...?

Took my Id from me, went to the other room.Like I was a criminal..I was passed on to another idiot that didnt care about his job. Then I asked to talk to the female manager over here, who is charge of the tellers. She should be fired for being as dumb as them..You dont question a long time Boa customer. You dont make him feel unwelcomed or set aside like a convict. Its because of this location, will never go in for a loan for a house or car. Open or use my boa credit cards. I have never been treated so poorly at a location. I called corporate. I'm sure they not going to do much. If I was corporate, I would fire all the tellers and managers there. Get workers who care and concerned about the people who come in there. I'm from Texas. This never happens over there. Or where I live a couple of hours from here. I would give this place zero stars if possible.

MICHAEL SHAPIRO1the worst bank that you will ever go into. they don't care about their customers at all. always a big line & normally only 1 or 2 tellers working. i was there today. the 1st of march. about 10 people in line & 2 tellers. the lady in front of me said it was her 2nd trip to that bank today. i'm lucky because i have to go their once a month. it's always the same long line & 1 or 2 tellers. i left today because i didn't want to wait 1/2 hour or more. will try again manana. really, it's a disgrace. horrible & they still don't care.
