  Where do I start? Did a wire (home purchase down payment) at 9 and nothing happened for a few hours, so went back at 3:50pm only to find that the banker 'forgot' to put in the request. So I had to do the wire again and I missed the deadline (today) and my locked interest rate expired.

  There is a reason this location has such terrible reviews. Don't waste your time. I went so far as to escalate the issue to the manager Todd Wibbeler and he was condescending, rude and did not address the issue at hand. Bank of America should provide him with additional training on customer service etiquette. It’s appalling how many times he is mentioned by name in the reviews.

  My prepaid card # was used for a 5000 cash advance at this location! Its sad that whoever used my account info was able to get money so easily from this location. Now I am having to dispute charges and wit 2 weeks to get money back that I earned. Called the 800 # and they cant help. They sure could help the theives that stole my money...

  One of my relatives uses this bank. This individual was scammed, and it was the quick thinking and thoughtfulness of the bank teller and manager there that prevented the scammers from getting a substantial sum of his hard earned money. They treated all of us well and with respect, and I will be forever grateful for their kindness and intelligence in preventing a potential financial and emotional hardship for someone more vulnerable than many. Thank you!!!

  People are really nice here. Definitely one of my favorite branches to visit. Pretty quick as well.

  I wish I could leave a negative. Let me start by saying I have been banking for the better part of 40 years. Never have I been treated/subjected to such horrible customer service. Let me put it a different way... ZERO customer service especially Mr. Todd. A horrible experience and a horrible branch/location! I left with a bp of 200/120.

  If I could give 0 stars I would. My experience trying to close out an IRA I inherited has been absolutely miserable. Nearly every associate is clueless about the process. I have been told the information will be processed in 7-10 days each time I call for over a month now. They even told me it will take 7-10 days to process my request to send a form out to me... just to mail a form. Terrible.

  I've been a resident Of Westmont for over 50 years. Had a great experience banking locally at Lasalle bank of Westmont. When this institution turn in the Bank of America they lost me as a customer. Never been treated so un Professionally!!! Chase Bank gets it... And my business!!! .

  Won’t go in to detail but it was an absolute worst Costumer service experience of my entire life.If I could give this place zero stars I would.Just Terrible! Avoid at all costs.

  I love my local Bank. The tellers are always so nice to me. I have a merchant and business account with Bank of America and I am a happy customer.
