  At this particular branch, It seems that different banking services are allowed at different times depending on who the teller is. Not consistent at all.

  Bank of America is too big. They are not personable and have too many fees. I would suggest going with a smaller bank to get better personalized customer service. Tellers and workers actually know your name and are much more pleasant. With the larger banks you are really just a number. Credit Unions and savings banks have their benefits in this regard and can usually compete with the larger banks in most areas and sometimes outperform and offer additional services beneficial to businesses and high value accounts.

  I forgot to endorse a check. Acopy of the check was returned to me. I attempted to deposit the copy of the check that was ent to me. The bankofamerica employees had never seen this before and didn't kniw what to do. It was a nightmare that I will not allow to happen again.

  Called 12 times, nobody is picking up. Called the Main Street one, rather than them calling for me, they just gave me the number .

  All of the people working there are very rude and have no communication skills at all. They are unhelpful & inconsistent with their how they provide services. Would not recommend this branch.

  I would give this institution negative stars to cash a $30 check drawn at that bank cost me a dollars they are effin thieves This is the worst company ever I hate Bank of America
