  A slow bank due to understaffing has become a quagmire. All the old staff has been replaced. No one wants to go there.

  Worst Bank ever. They put signs on the door that they will be closing at 4pm and I went at 3:30 pm and they were completely closed, one customer said they saw the staff leave by 2:30pm. I always hear the manager of this branch telling her staff to close the door early so they can go home earlier, I hear her doing this all the time. She doesn't know that people are trusted with the business hours which is until 4PM ?!. This is the worst branch to go to and I wasn't the only one who experience this situation . What type of Bank service is this?

  Recent experience wiring money for a house closing: I could not get hold of anybody at branch despite multiple calls over a span of 3 hours. At bank, I waited in line for a teller for 30 min before I was told to sit and wait for a representative. Online banking would not allow for an in person consultation the night before at this branch. After receiving help from a relationship manager to wire money, I was promised a waiver of the wire transfer fee the next day, and of course it never happened despite my contact. Very disappointing experience with BOA despite my years of loyalty, particularly at this branch. As a professional myself, it was really terrible service in a critical time/life changing large money transfer. Beginning to close all my BOA accounts now.

  Do not use this Bank of america!!! They have terrible customer service. I only needed cashier's checks. They could not identify me in any way and claimed that my current signatures did not match the signature they had on file from MANY years ago... They also said my phone number was not on file, so I called customer service. The customer service person said that my phone number was in fact ON file. He asked to speak to the manager and she decided to make a conference call instead of solving this issue. There has to be a better way to identify someone other than a signature, I'm so frustrated with Bank of America.

  Been going here for the passed year, and always have been accommodated to the fullest! The wait isn’t that bad at all! Staff is always very helpful & personable!

  One of the best bank of america branches, such a nice building, their staff is so friendly, the branch is clean, more than enough parking. etc.
