  Your employees and your tellers should treat every customer the walks in that door as if they are a multimillionaire. There is no excuse in this day and age for poor customer service. No wonder so many online bank companies are taking over the brick and mortar.

  Not having drive up banking when you are next to Home office in the largest financial hub in the state is ridiculous. I am switching banks asap.

  Worst Bank Ever. While every other bank is closing their lobby during the Covid Pandemic and doing transactions at the drive-thru, BOA is keeping there drive-thru closed. They also have the terrible hours. The only plus is the online bill pay, which I’m sure they will ruin soon enough

  Lost a +12 year customer today. Branch employee was speaking to people like they were beneath him because they didn’t have an appointment, however, the system to make an appointment online is not working. Not the first issue, slow, rude service is the norm.

  This branch is so unfriendly. The tellers have their computer screens right in front of the window so you can barely see them. They were not helpful or friendly. I needed to make a cash deposit for my daughter for an emergency, and they would not allow it because I was not on the account. I had to wait 15 minutes to talk to a manager to get an override to deposit $200. I will suggest to my daughter to close this account and bank elsewhere. Horrible experience.

  The greeter and all the tellers are really nice & polite. I've seen them deliver good news and bad news (unable to help with something) to people always in a polite and kind manner. I was able to set up an appointment and was helped within a reasonable amount of time, and got everything I needed. Dunno what the bad reviews are coming from, though I guess I can understand the hours could be better.

  Horrible hours, impossible to bank here if you work normal hours. So I showed up on a Saturday morning to close an extra account we have. And there is ONE person who can do that. And she had a 9am meetings, so I get to sit and wait for someone to assist me. At 9am on a Saturday. What could you be doing instead of sitting here? Don't bank here. Also, they can't close an account here. They have to send it off somewhere. I've been waiting for 45 minutes so far and they can't even close an account.

  I don't know why I still Bank here. It's not often I actually need to go in to a bank but every time in the past few years I've needed something from this BofA branch the wait is 10 minutes plus with one teller. As I type this I'm the 11th person in line for yet again one teller working. On top of the long waits the service is blah. I don't need high level customer service but some level of politeness is appreciated. Tellers are often emotionless. I suspect it's not their fault but that the management at this branch is poor. It's obvious when a business is well run because when people like their jobs it shows. Walking out now. Today's the day! Opening an account somewhere else!
