  one teller slow and chatty Spent my hour lunch on line I could not use ATM or mobile I needed 50 dollar bills and your ATM doesn't have 50's

  They close the bank thinking we only need the ATM and the online App can do everything we need to do. We go inside because we need to withdraw 2000 or 5000 cash. We have businesses to run. We can only get 700 max at the ATM. If our phones can give us that cash then yeah we dont need to go inside.

While reviewing our Locations page at https://locators.bankofamerica.com, we were able to confirm that our Holbrook-Union Avenue location is operating during their normal business hours of 9 AM - 4 PM ET Monday - Friday and 9 AM - 1 PM ET on Saturdays. Additionally, clients may also adjust their daily cash withdrawal limits right from within Online or Mobile Banking, where the $1500.00 maximum permanent limit may be temporarily increased by an additional $1,000.00 for up to 14 calendar days at a time.   We moved our business account to BOA and the Holbrook branch after disasterous experiences at two other big name banks. John the branch manager and Carolyn the Business Relations Manager are excellent to work with, listening to my requirements and concerns, articulating the available programs that would fit. Everything they said they would do...they did. Aside from great business programs that are more then competitive, these folks build trust and confidence right away. BOAs online tools are intuitive and offer plenty of cash management views and tools. I see this location gets bad reviews for thier teller lines. I'd give them a pass givin the labor shortages and people they have out from covid. Thank you BOA for a culture of service !

  Terrible customer service. One teller behind counter. A “greeter” that cannot help with anything other than smile and wish you a nice day, 3 guys standing around holding up the walls as the line ends up out the door. What a joke. I will no longer be doing business with Bank of America. I have never been to a branch and been in and out. Always a long line. Doesn’t compare to chase.

  There are NEVER enough window personnel - every time we go there the line is out the door. Yes it's lunchtime - that's when people go to the bank!! Put more than one person at the windows!!

  Utilize this branch for business and personal when I am in NY monthly. Amazing service and they really get to know clients. BOA is one of the best banks and if you need a good financial service the fees are minimum compared to banks for basics. Also have great programs that make the fees go away with tiers based on banking.

  I have been a customer of this branch for nearly 25 years. The customer service has always been top notch. Several months ago, someone hacked my Paypal account and spent almost $2,000 from my BoFA account. I went straight down to the Holbrook branch and was helped immediately. The lady (sorry, I forgot her name) was very sympathetic to my situation and showed me how to make a direct call to the fraud division with the BoFA app. Several years ago, I had another hack in my account and all was taken care of immediately. In the end, my money has always been returned to my account within a day or two. There's always someone there to answer any question I have as soon as I walk through the door.

  Why would anyone waste their money opening up a checking account with Bank of America when Capital One is free and even pays you interest. I opened up an account only because of the cashback bonus in which I met all the qualifications and they decided not to pay I spent hours on the phone and in the bank on this issue and it was not resolved correctly, this is a horrible Bank do not waste your time and money.

  Not a bad place, could have had better customer service but since this is where I keep my money (Bank of America is the best) I can't deny the love of the place in general. (Again, customer service wasn't the best).
