  Since the Covid, they have had hours until 4 PM and closed more often. This is crazy, they close the other westland office, and they expect working people that work 9-5 to get to the bank. Now I have to take off work to do banking! Because BOA is a large company, interest rates are horrible. I have gone into this bank now 5 times in the last 2 years and each time, it has always been a long wait (this because they closed the other branch). Now on a positive note, the staff has been friendly and helpful. They do have safety deposit boxes which is nice (some branches don't). As a whole, the BOA charge card is actually pretty good if you have your money at BOA. They give you bonuses on your accounts, plus you get additional services. I do like this and that is the only reason we have stayed with BOA. So my only recommendation, hire more people so there is not long waits and then you can stay open longer serve your customers.

  Amanda Collins should be fired as manager. I was told one thing and then Amanda Collins wouldn’t approve it. Sad when the ATM computer does a better job than the manager. Way to go Bank Of America great hire!

  Poor service. I had an appointment at 3 pm with someone named Najia and no one really bothered to make sure I was helped nor did they honor my appointment. I waited till 3:30 and I just left. I would not recommend this location for any appointment based transactions. I’d advise BOFA management to take some action against this behavior!!

  Show up at 4:10 on a Friday and the bank is closed. The sign on the door says they are open until 6:00 on Friday. Its getting a little ridiculous with how B.O.A. is cutting back on customer service. Although I admit I do most of my banking online now when I need to come to a branch for in-person service (like I did today) it's disappointing that I can't. How do they expect anyone with a job to be able to come in between 8:00 and 4:00??? Not to mention they aren't open on Saturdays anymore at all. Closing at 4 on Friday is unacceptable and asinine. I need B.O.A. to do better. It's getting to the point where it's not worth bothering with them anymore.

  I have been doing business at this bank for years. I never had any problems. Staff has always been great and helpful!

  This is probably one of the worst Bank of America’s branches. Either they close early while their hours on the door shows they should be open, or during the day they just stop giving services because something is wrong inside! It is not the first time this is happening, so disappointing. Even the time that they’re open there are only two people to help and the line gets so long so as the wait. They either need to improve themselves or they have to close down.

  Everybody there is very nice they don't try and hurry you everyone takes there time and deals with you sometimes crowded but specially on pension day but all in all a good feel safe Bank

  Sign on door says open until 5:00. It is a little past 4:00 on Monday and they are closed. I have been a Bank of America customer for decades. This is close to the last straw. Online is great but brick and mortar customer service is severely lacking. It is 4:32 and I am watching employees walking to their cars and drive away.

  Opened a checking account within Bank of America and I’m trying to build my credit I wanted to try to get a new credit card and had an appointment with Andrea Hutchins and she was so nice and answered all my questions. Thank you so much for making my experience great with Bank of America! All the staff is extremely nice, great and they really care about there customers this is going to be the location I will always go to!

  Worst bank ever, don't no the password to my account and have charges being made on my account that's not from me... balance went to 0 from an email I got can't do nothing about it because I can't log in. Go in to try and fix it and they tell me the best they can do is next Wednesday when no one is even in the bank or even helping anyone... hope your enjoying your lunch in the back ..
