  I came in and had a ton of deposits to deposit and nila was amazing! She was so friendly and helped me with a smile even though I came in close to the end of the day with more deposits than they normally take! I normally would feel embarrassed like the annoying last minute customer and she made me feel more than welcome and was very understanding to my situation. Happy to see great customer service and good people still exist in this crazy world we live in today. Thank you Nila!

  Honestly speaking this branch is the slowest ever! I’ve never been there without some kind of delay regardless if it’s busy or not ! Unfortunately the two ladies at the windows are extremely slow & very annoying ! I can’t stand this branch of BOA !!! I come all the way from Monroe because we don’t have one ! I have no choice but to switch to another bank by my area ! I would like to advise you not to go there ! Best regards to everyone

  Needed assistance today to close out an account for my Dad who passed away. I did not have an appointment but although they were busy was promptly assisted by Branch Manager Leanne. She was very pleasant. I've also stopped in, in the past and have been assisted by Ross who was very helpful ! Very satisfied with the service I received on multiple occasions.

  Wow. Just came in and the service was great. They took care of me and more. Banks can be rough they handled it great!

  The teller wouldn’t allow me to use my passport as a form of ID when I was trying to cash a check. I went to the other branch in New Windsor and had no problems using my passport. Don’t go here.

  Friendly staff and fast service Never a long wait
