      Bank of America only cares about themselves and getting rich off of the poor. States they value their customers, but they really just want their money. Just closed account over a fee that was an honest mistake, they don't care that I wanted to close my account due to them not wanting to wave one fee on my 11 year history and were quick to do so.

      I highly recommend this BofA location at JW! I’ve been a customer since college, 1988. Yesterday my kids, ages 13&15, opened their own Debit Card accounts. (I look forward to electronic weekly allowance payments where I don’t have to search the house for cash!) Khaula was excellent with the kids. She even stayed after her shift was over to get us all set up and explain the process and work through every detail. No question was left unanswered! Thank you Thank you Thank You!!

      Very bad experience. Have been clients for 50 years and ready to change banks. Appointments are not acknowledged so why bother making one. Canceled drive through which is inconvenient.

      👎👎Absolutely terrible teller service. Not just referring to customer services, but banking services as well. Try to avoid if you can, it’s just not worth the headache. If I could give it a negative star, I wouldn’t hesitate. Specifically Mie or maybe it’s Mia, not sure about the spelling, is the teller that was the reason for this bad review (older, short, glasses, Asian decent) 👎

      Terrible experience. My father had an account for many years and used this branch. After he passed away we gave them ALL of the paperwork and still after a month they are giving us the run around and have not released his funds. SunTrust was able to release the funds on the very day we went in with the correct documentation. This branch/bank is not a customer first friendly bank who is on your side ...

      If you are a normal person just looking to get any sort of banking done DO NOT come here, I repeat, DO NOT come to this location they engage in extreme predatory tactics and practices, "customer service" and it's disgusting how money hungry they are. The associate I had seemed to display these traits and I'm assuming its a branch issues so I'd just avoid coming to this branch all together, there is a reason why this branch is rated so darn low. BE WARY AND CAUTIOUS

      After having an acct for over 12 years. I usually handle my business online or thru the call center who advised me with my situation to speak with a banker. I go inside and ask questions concerning my acct in the lady response to every question was I DONT KNOW call customer service. If im coming to you for help because thats your JOB and already told you i spoke to them u shouldn't be working their if your not gonna assist or know anything. Then i ask for corporate number she tells me to call customer service and gives me a card for the operations market manager than says she's on vaction but again SHE DOESN'T KNOW when she will be back. She's useless and gets paid to sit on her ass n tell everybody I DONT KNOW.

      One of the worst banks I have Ever had. Ryan McAllister the banks manager is the rudest person I have met but not the only rude one in bank. I wNt to stick cash in my account I share with my oldest daughter and he knew me , called me by name and refused because I didn't have my ID with me TO STICK CASH, IN MY ACCOUNT, THAT HE KNOWS ME. Another Lady said I have an ID I'll stick it in and he refused to let her. I had on a 2nd amendment shirt and he looked at it and huffed at me. When I ask him to give me info he made me leave. I will western Union her the money, pay the fee before I let him make me drive back up to that horrible place ......GO TO VILLAGE OR ANY OTHER BANK BUT BANK OF AMERICA.

      Went to cash a check and With out saying anything they took out $8.00. On a check for 36 dollars. That's Crazy and last time I cashed the same check there was No fee Because it is a business and the business has an account that is set up this way! For her Not to say anything about the fee or just have a good day Bye is grossly unacceptable!

      I asked representive an simple documentation which I got from different BOFA before. He said they don`t have such a documentation and he wrote the informations what I asked him a piece of paper and said that paper will be enough to proceed. I came to office to use my online banking and of course some of the information that I needed were missing. I called him and he was still resisting that he doesn't have such documentation. I found that paper on internet by self searching. It was a hedache to deal with that representive. Never use this location again!
