  The hours of operation are terrible Monday - Friday not opened till 10 am and especially no in branch hours on Saturday. People have to work and expect to be able to do banking on Saturday and not atm only

  The worst customer service!!!! I unfortunately have to use them and dread it every month! They’re not only rude, but the arrogant teller actually deposited $500 less into account and didn’t apologize for my inconvenience of having to go back and wait in another 20 line

  They renovated it and dropped down to ONE teller. Lines are always out the door!

  Went to make a deposit at this bank on Monday (columbus day) and they were closed (TD Bank was open as fyi). Thus made a mobil deposit through the app which they push every time you are in the branch. Found out this morning that they put a 10 Day hold on this deposit and when I went in to discuss they say there is nothing they can do - even though I know had the check in my hand! It's hard to do business with these guys - go anywhere else! ** update - it gets worse: this check redeemed the other bank acct. the next day yet still a 10 day hold. now on hold with customer service and the wait time is greater than 30 minutes. not sure why anyone would bank with this institution.

  Manager and every employee here Was extremely rude to my wife, and me. She gave us a really nasty attitude, treated me like I'm trash, and would not help us with a simple transaction. Don't go to this location unless you want to me disrespected.

  I went to do a withdrawing with my mom , the teller ,Rosemarie , was soo rude and unprofessional , worst costumer service so disappointed to Bank of America !!
