  This place lacks employees. One teller and one person walking around apologizing that there’s no staff. Updated review: I’ve come here numerous occasions and the doors have been closed during open business hours, staff not showing up, no replacement staff, nobody to cash a check, rude staff, basically shooing customers away. I don’t understand how this place is still open.

  I went to cash a check drawn out of the Bank of America and was refused service because I didn't have an account with them. I was told by the man there they will be happy to open an account after they verify the check, deposit it and wait for it to clear. He stated that they also have a limit refusing to disclose the limit amount. Sounds all like normal bank policy right? Wrong! It doesn't end with his condescending delivery refusing to cash the check, never giving me eye contact, whispering something to a woman behind the wall as though I was a criminal. When I walked outside, I found a police officer in his vehicle waiting for me to exit the building. The police left after I got into my car. The worst service and clear case of discrimination in today's world out the "BANK OF AMERICA"!!! Shame on you "Bank of America."

  Went into the drive thru and got some brochures and rates. Answered my questions also.

  What happened to this bank? You now need a photo I.D. to make a deposit regardless of the amount. If you don't bank there and want to put cash into an account holder's account you can't, they will only accept checks. They refuse to give large bills unless you bank with them, and now they're taking away the drive thru's???!!!! Staff is cold and unfriendly and there usually isn't more than 1 teller to help people. Most INCONVENIENT bank ever!!!

  These folks really helped me out when I lost my wallet on the beach. I brought my birth certificate and alternative forms of identification and, with their help, was able to withdraw cash from my account until I received replacement credit and ATM cards in the mail. Thank you!

  This is the fourth time both this branch and the one in Rio Grande are closed without notice. When calling customer service they can not advise when it will open again
