  This bank absolutely sucks. “We are temporarily closed. We apologize for the inconvenience”. EACH DAY. I went on Friday… closed. I went on Monday… closed. Same thing. Now I get to choose to walk around with tons of cash or leave it in my car. Can’t use the machine because it took my money and stopped the entire machine all together.. had to be on the phone for over an hour and wait for my money till the next day. Safe to say I’ll be changing banks because it’s the most unreliable bank I’ve heard of. Tellers are nice.. Ya got that going for ya Absecon!

  Good experience. Went to cash in some savings bonds. Everyone was friendly and quick. I went in expecting the worst because of the other reviews and didn't find anything negative ..

  This facility is nice, clean and the employees were very friendly and helpful with my needs today. The employee that assisted me today also started small talk, which I thought was very nice. Would recommend this branch if you need help with your Bank of America account.

  Very racist black girl at the first window at the Bank of America in Absecon, NJ. She acted like I was bothering her. I was at the window so I could see her actions. If you are racist you do not belong in dealing with the public. This is my first complaint. Service has always been very respectful and professional

  Ask for help with the ATM . Mind you there was one teller inside and no customers in the bank. Teller says use one at the drive thru. sorry I bothered you and that you may need to stop doing nothing to help a customer. This bank and the customer service is the worse i have ever seen. Bank Manager needs to learn what customer service is. The manager walked right passed me never said a word.

  This place is a joke. I took a loan to pay my rent, and went to cash the check that was written on this bank. They couldn't cash it because it supposedly exceeded the amount for non-customers, but when I asked what that amount was, the manager walked away. Not to mention the 20 minute wait because they only have 2 tellers running the place. Just a waste of time.

  Brought in a torn 20 dollar bill (provided by the ATM) to exchange and was refused- I told them to keep it, as it is now worthless to me. My wife did a little research and found that exchanges are not unusual at banks with good customer service.

  Horrible service i was told 15 minutes i been waiting for almost and hour and a half and there are still ppl ahead of me smh. They need more staff staff to run things faster.
