      Bankers are nice and useful but I always have negative experience with bank tellers. They alway have nasty attitude with customers. I’ve been a platinum customer with bank of america for years but they treat me like I ask them for a favor every time I need to do some transactions. I withdrew my money from my saving account and deposited in other bank accounts where I can get higher interest and more respect.

      In reality every time I go to the tellers I always have a negative experience. Yesterday I had a great experience with the account manager to get a credit card, however I had to make a teller transaction before I left. Mind you I had my 4 month old with me the whole time. I’m not sure of her name (I could deff describe her though) but she was the rudest person I’ve ever talked to, even before I really told her what I needed, you could already tell she did not want to help me. She started to give me attitude, bobble her her and roll her eyes, she then continued to give me attitude when trying to explain a policy to me. Hey I respect the policy what I don’t respect is the attitude she gave me when she tried to explain it. After a rude explanation and an audible hufff she said well deal with the manager then....I have managed customer service for over 15 years and I would never accept one of my employees having such an attitude with a customer, customers are the reason she has a job after all right? The manager was nice and explained the policy to me but didn’t do it with a crazy attitude as the teller. After almost 2 years banking here, I can tell you I have never had a good experience when I go to a teller, it’s always something. The managers and the people who open accounts are always great, but why hire people that can’t resolve and issue and always depend on the manager to clean up their mess. The worse part is the negative experience is never bc something can’t be done it’s bc of the crazy attitude thetellers have. Again just to remind them, I am the customer, I am the reason you have a job! Honestly it was so much better when you guys had the teller assist in the atm, the people were much much nicer!

      I am writing on behalf of my grandparents, Rosemarie & Hartmut. On April 12th 2019, they walked into Bank of America with the interest in speaking with a Banking Agent to connect about a matter they have been dealing with for quite sometime, unknowingly. They were quickly introduced to Jason Morgenbesser, a Relationship Manager at Bank of America on 112 in Port Jefferson Station. Jason gave them the time to explain what they were dealing with & patiently explained to them the options they had. He showed interest in their concerns & then decided to act on their behalf as a true Relationship Manager. Jason had access & the capabilities to help my grandparents get to the bottom of a decade long issue they have been dealing with. His persistence has helped my grandparents understand & essentially come up with a solution that would be the most beneficial. He remained patient & professional throughout the entire meeting while he was assisting in multiple calls, and representatives from other firms- which truly was admirable given how frustrating the circumstance was. On behalf on my grandparents, I would like to express our gratitude & appreciation for his help.

      The assistant manager .... Monica , was fantastic and so informative if there new state of the art live teller system . Which is also very impressive. Makes me want to come to the bank as appossed to dreading it. Monica and the head manager where both so kind as I opened my personal account up with your Bank after Monica explained the benefits and walked me through the online banking and it to is superior and so much more user friendly compared to Chase , TD, , and Capital One. Just an absolute pleasure and excellent experience, professional, informative, well within the confort of assistant Mananger , as she can probably mange 2 banks . I already refered 2 friends and several employees to her and your bank . Sincerely, Ryan Moran

      Slow need appointment to talk to rep. 45 minute wait without one. I don't have that much of my time to give to any bank plus get charged 12 dollars to keep my money available. Sorry Bank of America not worth it.
