  Everyone was extremely professional, friendly, and efficient. Jasma, our teller, and Joel were extremely helpful and welcoming.

  When you decide to deposit money into a bank. Make sure it's not Bank of America. This place is a joke, poor guest service to the point of this 'lady' talking to me and my wife like we were ignorant to her snarky attitude. Well this is the 3rd experience with this Bank from multiple branchs and i will suggest you stay clear of Bank of America. Back to the Credit Union.

  At night time they never have no money so I always got to use my card somewhere else and pay extra fees I hate it there

  All the tellers are real friendly, there is a security girl outside watch you get out of the car and into your car also speak to you it is a really nice place to take care of business

  Horrible smell of weed. Loud music and location doesn’t answer the phone. Drove all the way from other BOA for notary- which was not there.

  One of the worse correction the worse branch of Bank of America they need to shut it down disrespectful rude just terrible i had to close my account becuase how bad I was treated there I've been with bank of America for 8 years an closed my account

  Not sure why this is called a bank !!! I went to withdraw 5k they didn't even have 5k at the bank!?!? Had to go all the way to Woodward to get some cash .... only in Detroit smh
