  I didn't know where else to post a review. I'm not actually a Bank of America customer, but my Mother in Law was. We are now attempting to set up an Estate account. It's been a crazy process, and today when going into the Somers Point location we were holding our breath. No one likes to have to do this stuff, and the experience with someone over the phone and through email with the Estate department was less than satisfactory. However, today we could not have been more impressed with the level of service we were provided. Reina (I hope I spelled that correctly) was just fabulous. And her manager was so accommodating. Do we have to go back? Yes, but at least we aren't dreading it, and are actually looking forward to seeing them again. Thank you so much for helping us through an incredibly difficult process!

  This is the only bank branch of all banks that is always closed(they say Covid-19 but no other banks close)switched all my accounts to another bank.

  Bank of America Corp. needs to open this and the other branches it closed. Most places have a handle on the covid situation, why not them? I've been to other (BofA) branches, and all the safeguards are in place and working very well.

  I went there to go check cash my checks after I got off of work and literally as soon as I walk in the door I get told that the computers are all down but not only am I told that I see other people go in after me and they're getting help so which one is it or all your computers down or are you still helping people because then that makes me feel like it has to do with a race thing definitely felt very uncomfortable very disrespected the lady was rude just everything wasn't given any other information nothing would not recommend anybody to ever go to this Bank of America definitely not worth it I've been to better ones and I definitely will call corporate
