Set up a new account and went to pay off my credit card. Even though the app showed my new account and I have screen shots showing it was coming out of the new account. They charged my old account twice and my new account once. They refuse to pay the overdraft fees.

Older lady with gray hair; worst branch manager I have ever met. (My dad was a bank President so I'm familiar with banking institutions.) She was RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. Poinsett Highway, Greenville SC at Cherrydale. She needs to be fired. She kept answering the phone, every time I tried to speak, then she just blew me off and said she had to go see the tellers and she never came back in the room. I waited till someone else could help me. She's a branch manager? Response: I have to go on Twitter or Facebook...? I don't think so. Great example, just by the response below.

First time in months there isn't lines out the door. I truly understand the restrictions due to the virus as well as closing branches every other week. I can tolerate that for a little bit. What I can't tolerate is being the only one in line and two tellers not acknowledging me until 5 minutes standing there. Saying they would be right with me. After waiting 5 more minutes I had no choice but to leave and make my business drops in the drop box. I needed to get ones but couldn't wait anymore. BOA your service is getting worse everyday and I will be moving my accounts soon.

Waited 15 minutes to have documents witnessed. Not notarized just witnessed. Manager wanted 2 forms of identification and reviewed my docs for 5 minutes. Insurance beneficiary’s assignment. Then asked me if all the information is correct. I only needed someone to witness me signing my docs. Not sale me anything. Total waste. Bank of Failure.

This makes twice this has happen. I just started banking at this location and Once in April 2013 and now in July 2013 they have lost my checks I deposit. I'm a self contractor and deposit a number of checks. They will see the checks and give me a deposit slip. Later they will misplace one of the checks during the check imaging process and take that money back of my account without contacting me. I would have to catch it on my statement. They found the check back in April and corrected the problem. Hopefully they will find it this time. It's not good I have to do there work for them and correct it....... :-(

They won't help you unless you are a customer. All we wanted was to exchange cash for rolls of pennies for our VBS. They have markers to check that out money is real, but nope, no service because we aren't customers. It wasn't like I wanted a check cashed, that can't be verified to be real until too late. I wanted PENNIES.

I'm pretty sure this branch means we'll, but it comes across as borderline profiling of a gentrified community. If you're well to do, just go to a different branch. Unless you're a regular... or.... 'normal' ....

WORST Bank of America branch I have ever come across. Always have server problems, and very poor service.
