  I don't go to this bank often, but all the times I've done business there, everyone has been very nice to me and handled my affairs appropriately.

  Bank of America in Okeechobee Florida doing a wonderful job. It is not perfect but trying to keep all clients and guest satisfied. My first experience was very amazing. I wish you all employees more success in your life. Thank you specially to Jennifer Smith, she's amazing. God bless you!

  This is the laziest bank in America I’ve had multiple extensions on my loan on my house because they’re too lazy to do their job if you’re going to get a home with these people just get ready to do their job for them if you want to close in a timely manner

  DO NOT USE OVERDRAFT PROTECTION The bank keeps using "overdraft protection" to cover fees. Except that it's done it twice, once with $300 in the account and another with $100 in the account and then charges a $12 fee everytime it does it.

  Jessica always takes extremely good care of me she is awesome I can always depend on her she's not bad to look at either

  Terrible experience! People are very confusing and extremely rude. No systems are in place. When you are working with a lot of money you think people would want to treat you nicely. Don’t go to this bank if you have a choice.

  if i could rate zero stars i would .. bank manager just told me herself "we do not run a cash drawer" i have to stand in line 20 minutes just to get change.

  The bank closes without any notice or any reason and they do not give any reason why they are closed when the hours on the door say they are open.

  No problems getting there. No major wait time to use walk-up E-teller.

  Always treated very kindly when I'm here. They work very hard to handle situations and problems.. even close to closing time.
