M. V.1Bank of Absolutely Nothing!!!!! I received a letter dated 4/5 for Unclaimed Property from back in 2018 on 4/13. I called to claim my money on 4/13. They advised me it would be 10-15 business days to receive my check. That is when the SCAM starts!!!! I called back after 27 business days to inquire on the status of my check? I was told it was requested on 4/14 as a result of my call on 4/13 but never actually sent??? So after 4 calls, transferred to people at Bank of America who had no clue what letter I was referring to, I got to a supervisor in the escalation dept. She said she would issue me a debit card that I could take into any branch and cash out my money without any fees! I received the card in the mail, went to my nearby Bank of America branch, into teller, Flora who said unless I withdrew a minimum of $2500.00 on the card, she could not help me? The balance was a fraction of that amount???? Feeling humiliated, I went to my car, called the 800 number inwhich I was advised by another employee to drive up to the atm and use the atm to withdraw without a fee. The Atm would not allow me to withdraw from a Bank of America Visa card without charging me a fee? So th he employee on the phone said, "just withdraw from your own bank" inwhich I told her I should not be paying a fee!! Then I was transferred to a supervisor in the escalation dept. Where a supervisor was going to issue a wedtern union cash payment to me and after 30 minutes on the phone we got disconnected and she did not attempt to call me back? After several attempts, I got in touch with another very helpful supervisor in escalation who was getting western Union set up but Western union was refusing to waive their fees for my situation with Bank of America. After a hold on the line, a guy named Keith was put on the phone claiming he was a supervisor in the unclaimed property dept. He said because I had accepted the debit card, I was unable to receive my funds via Western Union,(not what 2 other supervisors said), I could go to an Atm and withdraw 1/4th of the money owed to me because the balance owed to me will be eaten up in fees to get my money????SCAM!!!! Bank of America was awarded a government campaign for EDD and have screwed so many Americans with all their fees to get the money due to unemployed people. This bank should be closed down for unethical business practices, bait & switch etc....Biggest Red Flag for the government to investigate on a large scale!!!

Bob V1Terrible customer service. 8 people in line and only one teller. When you ask they just say " I can't do anything about that " The bank responded, "just use the ATM or online." I was with my 95 year old mother, she doesn't want to use the ATM or online, she wanted to deal with a teller, but I guess BOFA doesn't want this type of customer anymore. I can't say enough about how bad this type of attitude from BOFA feels.

bobo fung1BoA changed the policy to require you to wait in the teller line just to access your safe deposit box. It is NOT the teller who assist you open/close the safe deposit box anyway. It is Friday the busiest day of the week, they have ONE teller on duty. They assign one person to tell the people in line to use the ATM . Can’t believe it. Waited 20m minutes just to get to my safe deposit box!!

Ben Liu1I was trying to get a check deposit but they wont let me giving me troubles and not letting me deposit I did not have the same problem the next day when I went t o a different bank of America.... Bad experience and very unprofessional ...

Yuxi Sang1SASHA sucks! I and my husband came here to increase his limit. However, Sasha said the only way is to open a new cash reward credit card. We agree if only the limit is larger than $1200. However, she cheated us into signing without knowing the new limit and refused to cancel it! The only way for us to cancel is to call again after approval, and it does damage to our credit! What’s worst, she knows our first credit card opened in Jan, and the possibility to a new approval is extremely tiny, while she still doing this for her own commission! A selfish saleswomen!! Make sure to avoid her if u come here!!

Upon sitting down they tell me all your licence expired I didn't realise my licence expired and they could not help me any longer this place is horrible I've been coming here for years and never had this problem there always friendly the day willing to sit you down

Jason Salome1There is one major issue at this location, and it is customer service. Several bad experiences with one particular employee, Jason, make bank visits unpleasant. To make matters worse, it appears he is the manager. I have never had an issue with any other employee at this location, as the others are on the whole quite friendly and helpful. The bank is very busy and slow during peak hours.

Never enough tellers, the machines they put in never seem to be able to help anyone, there's always a group of personal bankers found nothing just asking what they can help u with and then saying oh ok just wait in line! So stupid. Oh and today they are out of quarters! A bank out of quarters for 5 days and no idea when they will get more. The person who runs this place is obviously related to someone important because there's no other explanation for such consistently bad management

Rodolfo Gonzalez1-Terrible customer service -No regard for customer privacy -Unorganized -No employee diversity Refused me service because I had little to no "relationship with Bank of America". Even though I have multiple credit lines with this physical establishment and a family which has banked with this branch for over 20 years. This Bank has become an embarrassment to the City of Walnut.
