Debra Miklowcic1Bank of America has NO customer service at all! This branch is closed on weekends and has no tellers on Mondays. What a waste of time!

Bob Focket5Great staff but the parking is awful, I'll go to the one up the street instead it's just too hard to get in and out of.

Scott Chavers5Kayla and Lisa always put me in a better mood! The are friendly, kind, patient, and show genuine care and concern for their customers. This is a smaller branch so around the 1-3 of the month, you should expect a wait. The drive through is also not in service.

John Smith1This bank is terrible. No drive up ATM and no window tellers. Garbage even by BoA or Spring Hill standards. Staff seem fine though, BoA just needs to hire more of them.

Claudia Smith1My elderly mother has been banking here for 28 years. The bank is constantly short staffed because they want everyone to use the ATM. Most people in the area are elderly and do not want to use ATM or cannot. They closed down the drive through which has been disastrous during COVID 19 time. They have been switching their hours of operation on a whim it seems. So glad I left this bank some years ago.

Tim Goyette1Bank of America, government bail outs, criminal mortgages, tons of free money, and they cannot figure out how to manage their personnel well enough to not have a line longer than the one at your local Target on a Friday afternoon. This particular branch and the one on State Road 52 are absolutely despicable when it comes to being able to serve the public without making them wait a ridiculous amount of time. I'm sure the people that actually work at the branches are good people but their management and their upper management and the management of the bank is horrible.

Darren Griffis2People are friendly and I like working with the tellers but both BoAs in my area have the same issue, not enough tellers. Instead there is a long line and usually a person whom I call a "repeller", which is a bank manager or some such who stands near the line and tries to convince people to use the ATM instead. Usually they have a story about how the other tellers are on vacation or out sick or that they are trying to hire new tellers etc.. but I've been listening to that song and dance for almost 2 years now. Be a more personal bank and hire more people. I'd rather help a person make a living than deal with a machine that may or may not count my money correctly, doesn't know me by name and doesn't ask how my family and business are doing.

brittany sota1I have the same complaints as everyone else. The lines are long and understaffed, rude, it is apparent that the employees are not happy with their jobs. I believe it's time to find a different place to do our banking. Was hoping that this was a temporary problem with all the banks of America in Spring hill. But it has become apparent that they No longer care about their customers, just profits

Heather R2I'm waiting in line right now, and the line is 7-8 (now it's 9) people long at 11.20 am on a Friday. I just overheard a man closing his account specifically because he has to always wait in a long line. I don't usually come to this branch and will be avoiding it like the plague if I ever again find myself needing a physical teller. There's only one btw.

Wendy Fairbanks1Stood in line at the ATM (because they encourage you to use the ATM ) for 20 min (it's like 30 degrees out) and when it's my turn it shuts down and says it's out of order. So apparently they are filling the money. It seems odd to me to shut down and fill the ATM on a Friday morning. Go inside you say? Well anytime you go to this bank they have only 1 teller. It's very frustrating. I go there once a month to pay a bill and there is ALWAYS an issue.
