  If I can do 0 stars I would I waited almost 40 mins in line for them to just tell me I can’t cash my check even tho I have a bank here but my checks are “chase” and that I would be 3 “weeks” to be able to touch my money and I’ve been with Bank of America for almost a year now

  Ashley is rude and should not be a face to the company, especially when I needed some genuine help, I’m disappointed with her attitude and the fact that she shunned me and my legitimate concern. The score for this banking institute is poor for that reason, please train Ashley in handling nicely concerns by the consumer.
