  Purpose : to open a New bank account For : self, on work permit, having no address proof for now, applied for SSN but not having a SSN. Time spent : 30 min (10 min wait + 20 min processing) Was here : Friday 12:25 - 12:55 Appointment : No Docs required : though you should carry all possible docs you have. But they asked me passport + visa. That's it. Employer name was on Visa itself (L1B). Deposited $100 cash. I opened a check-in account for salary. + Point : while chase ask for a residential proof like lease permit, employer letter with your address mentioned, SSN or any utility bill which you may not have if you are new here, Bank of America doesn't need that. - ve point : while there are some promocodes available online for chase to get $200 in your account BOA doesn't give you that until unless you have a promo code in your mail. Procedure: go directly to bank. Staff is very helping. Banking executive will help you in all the formalities to be done. You will get it open instantly. As per them amount deposited will be shown next working day. Within 20 min all done. I was having an account. It was quick and easy. Thanks.

  Monday, June 21, 2001, 9:20 AM. Only one teller inside the bank and a "greeter" who essentially does nothing. No drive-through teller service. Typical Bank of America location.

  Really bad bad services.. I never see the issues in any bank . Only one teller .helping a lot people by self ... all the manager just walking around .talking between other manager Laughing. All the people is complaining about the same problem in just the manager said be patience lol .. they can due anything because said they have one teller .. please put more tellers or fired the manager they don’t die anything.. also they really rude unprofessional

  Quite possibly the worst place i have ever been, i was treated like a street thug by the manager of the location Michael.I was told there was a issue with my employers account (Lie 1) and was told to get out in not so nice words.My HR was contacted and was also treated disrespectfully and will also be filing a formal complaint with corporate. i will never return to this bank and warn any one doing business with them so long as Michael is the manager there,by the way he was the one that looked like a street thug, not cleanly shaven, hair uncut, shoes old and run over sorry just disgusted at Bank of America right now.

  Ignored me so I left. Teller was on Facebook. I even said something her about it. I left and opened account at Prosperity. WILL NOT EVEN GIVE SOMEONE DIRECTIONS TO THIS INSTITUTION. Couldn't believe she held up a ginger to me and said hold up it's my boyfriend.

  This bank is unsafe. Let me tell you my exprience. I been there to deposit some check to someone else account, some young lady was came from the security area towards me and she acts as the bank worker and she tried to help me and filled all information in two forms and i asked her why she does two forms, she said one for you, one a copy. And she tried to took the copy one and put it in her pocket. I asked her to get the copy one that she think and she returned it. When i figured out she was not the bank worker but she always came to there all the time to froud some one. And the secueity is lazy, because i asked him to keep her stay there until the manager and i check the security camera inside, but he released her. So he may do the same froudness like her. So everyone has to take care at this bank.

  No way I can do business with Bank of America anymore, because they are making millions of dollars on customers money and have no service even for two customers at a time in Dallas Texas .

  slow slow slow service .....and it would seem there is never a manager on duty. The drive through is no better and the ATM in the drive through seems to always be "under construction". You won't be able to find a parking space either.
