  This branch has made tremendous strides in client services, I was helped by Danielle with linking my accounts. It took a phone call and about 5 minutes to get done. As I sat there and answered work emails on my phone I could tell she was multitasking too, she was typing away swiftly while talking on the phone. I started to wonder how many words per minute she could hit. Bank of America all around has been a great bank. The manager and rest of the employees do a great job as well, thank you for the help over the years, hopefully many many more great years of a banking relationship!

  Stopped in after years of avoiding dealing with the company to try and cash some matured Bonds, ones that the Treasury site itself says can be cashed at any financial institution, but was told that non-members can't cash them. That, right there, is the reason I stopped dealing with Bank Of America: They don't care about anyone other than business accounts. Note that, if you do have bonds to cash, the Webster Bank over on Division St in Ansonia had no problem cashing those same bonds BoA wouldn't touch. Feel free to go there instead.

  I have never been more displeased with the service from a bank of America branch. I already knew I was one of bank of Americas biggest fan until this past visit and it make more sense why these branches are closing left and right. I'll be taking my business to a friendly more helpful bank.

  Awful banking experience. Whenever I have gone to this branch the tellers have always had a condescending attitude and been rude. I will go out of my way to find to another branch even if it’s further away, because of the way the tellers treat people.

  Worst customer service ever... we scheduled an appoinment for a third time and they give it to somebody else because we got 2 min delay !!! I been with this been over 20 years but this branch defined put the bank on top of the worst.,I moving to chase.

  Worst bank ever, after my wife spend an hour waiting they told her she needs an appointment. Chase bank is way better!!!

  They do have fast service. But after covid, you should check biz hours before you go.

  nine times out of ten ATM is not functioning out if order, only 1 drive up ATM and they close at 4pm on a friday terrible bank looking to switch
