  Peter should not be working with customers of the bank. He doesn't know how to simply cash a check. I was so mad I left and went to NLR BOA and didn't have a single problem cashing my check. I have cashed my checks at the Jacksonville bank for several years with no problems until today. I will not be returning due to Peter.

  Worst bank ever! Always have to wait so long to get help. Had to wait an hour to cash check

  Worse service ever, they don't even honor their own checks. I was payed with a check from this back, & since I wasn't around one of my backs I decided to stop in & cash it there. First they tell me that they charge $8 to cash one of their own checks, then the teller says only a banker can verify if the check was good. So I sat down to wait on the banker to finish with another customer at her desk. After sitting for 20 minutes I went back to the teller if she could ask the banker if she could ask the banker to come verify the check real fast. She smiled & said she couldn't, that the banker has to verify the check with her computer at her desk. I then asked if she could bring the check to her so she could verify it real quick. She just smiled again & said she couldn't do that either. I told her that it is taking a long time to cash one of their own checks. She just smiled again & said "I know". At that point I left. They did nothing to help me with the simplest task a bank can do, & showed no concern about it. I will be making sure that anytime that I will be receiving payment for anything that it won't be in the form of a check from this business. If a bank doesn't honor it's own checks then there is a sign that it having problems. I did end up getting it deposited in my bank when I got home, so the check was good.

  I made an appointment to set a new account here after being ignored for over 30 minutes at the JFK location. The security guard greeted and held the door for me. Wade checked on me and kept me updated multiple times during my 20 minute wait. He also directed and assisted every customer that walked in and kept communicating with those waiting in line. The best customer service I have witnessed in a VERY long time.

  I opened a account for me and my husband. I expected to have our checks be held for a bit but they hold everything !! Money orders and all and does not release MY money when being told they will! To top it off when you go into the location they can’t and won’t even talk to you about your acct !! Why the heck are you even there for ??? This bank is a JOKE and Everytime my money finally releases they constantly take out maintenance fees and all random days and times. When my money finally clears with this joke of a bank I will be going else where !

  Absolutely love this place. I wasn't able to find the survey they sent me recently so I wanted to write a review instead. Wade and his employees are always so sweet and helpful whenever you step in the door. Whenever I visit it seems they treat just about every customer like family. Also, I was there when they had an unsatisfied customer to which they helped him in a very professional manner and were able to help guide him so that he could get his issue resolved.

  Getting close to swapping banks. This branch is always undermanned for their level of traffic. Unable to get in and out in less than 30 minutes. It has gotten even worse since they have shut their drive thru service down. Poor customer service and incompetent employees, especially their stand in branch manager, “Quentin”.

  The drive thru was closed. This has been my bank for about 20 years. They are always helpful and professional. The wait time wasn't very long either.👍

  I've been a BofA customer for many years and have always loved them. Now they've closed all their drive up tellers and making everyone physically walk into their branches. Whoever approved that ignorant move needs to be fired and locked in a mental institution. I'll be jumping ship to another bank that will appreciate my business.

  Excellent bank, the personnel are professional and friendly. Been using this branch of Bank of America for well over 20 years, never a problem. I strongly endorse this branch of Bank of America. I use this branch for business and personal business both. The branch manager is extremely helpful and knowledgeable.
