  If I could give negative stars to the staff of this bank I would. I've never been treated in such a dismissive and rude way. I called the fraud center and they recommended I visit a branch. I had the misfortune of visiting this one where at first I was informed they couldn't help me. My husband calls customer service and was told nobody in the branch had the right to deny me service. Especially, since we have been clients since 2002. He placed a formal complaint and I returned to the bank to ask for the information since it had been confirmed I had full access to it. This time the manager referred me to a woman who laughed in my face and told me she couldn't help me either. I was dismissed when I wasn't even done talking. I would hate to think that my accent played part on their attitude but I wouldn't discard that possibility. WORST BANK EVER!!!

  this bank of America is abandoned, signs outside from at least 1 year ago (start of pandemic), the drive thru ATM is their only somewhat useful asset is more than often out of service or can't accept cash deposits , this place is just a real state holder, i wish a 2 star bank would move in, it would at least be an upgrade to this pathetic place.

  This bank is pathetic. I stopped here to cash a check that was given to me by a customer of this bank, but, because I'm not a customer they want to charge me $8 FEE!!!!! Is that even legal? What a great way to attract new customers. STAY AWAY.
