  On the 25th of last month I went to Stone Ridge location in Virginia to wire some money to a friend mine that is a student in England. It was in the amount of $1020.00. Bank of America managed to get my money lost. Its been almost two months and nobody knows what happened to my money. My friend still don't have the funds. Every time I talk to someone they only say "We sent the money, its not our responsibility anymore". Once, I was even asked to leave the bank. Its against the law if you guys follow any. I have proof( Bank statement) that shows they never got the money that I sent. I'll hire a lawyer and talk to news channels if I have to and I'll make sure you guys will be held responsible for your action. I'll also talk to individuals and will let them know what is happening at this bank till I get my money back. I was even told by the bank manager that they will refund me what I paid in order to wire the money last week and she never did that and now when I call they wont even pick up the phone. Its really scary. I suggest people not to do any transaction at this bank. Its very possible that they will lose your money.

  Worst boa around. I have never seen so many employees but only 1 teller open. Their outside atm's are always down. You walk in to be greeted asking how they can help and they just point you to stand in the long line. Went in to get a new card after my husbands was deactivated for no reason, there were about 5 employees and not a single customer in the branch yet they said my husband had to make an appointment and wouldn't help him. If i could give them no stars I would. On the search for a new bank to switch too.

  The branch manager went out of her way to help me. Her and the rest of the staff were extremely helpful and professional. I will definitely continue to visit this branch.

  This the bank I use every other Friday to take care of my paycheck. Everytime I go in, there is 8 to 10 people in line and one teller (while there are 4-5 other employees hanging out at their desks). Terrible customer service. If you need to get in and out in a timely manner, forget about it. Need to find a better option

  WORST EVER! Lied to about wait times. Getting different answers from different employees. AND the place is under renovation and there is exposed wire everywhere! Poor kid puts their hand in the power outlet by the chairs, BOA is gonna have some major explaining to do. This is why your ratings and reviews are horrible. Close this facility and bring another bank in that actually has their customers best interest in mind. Had to give at least one star but it’s really a ZERO star business! CLOSE YOUR DOORS!

  This is a very convenient financial center BUT there should be more Spanish speakers. I worked with Paul. I had a great experience. Do not move Paul from this financial center.

  The “manager” so called is the most unprofessional snobbish person I have ever met, Sam or whatever her name is needs to be taught about customer service and respect! As well as lying she should work on that personally! This branch is horrible and I suggest anyone looking for a good bank to find a better place to go to.

  I agree with previous review this place is a joke. They had one teller and 8 people waiting in line. I waited patiently and when it was my turn I needed to make a deposit and do a withdrawal. I was told the bank didn't have enough money for my withdrawal. I needed a descent amount but nothing so large it should take special assistance. My small hometown bank could do the withdrawal but not BANK OF AMERICA! I was not able to withdrawal the money I needed but was told I could wait till Friday!!! When you put money in a bank you should have access to it when you need it and this bank doesn't do that.NEVER bank here!
