      Not sure who the old lady with the blonde hair today 12/4 that seems the be the manager but shouldn’t be working here. Pulled me out stating that I needed to make an appt to convert singles to 100’s and made me feel bad bc they had 1 teller. Also then when he counts the singles she embarrassed me again bc I undercounted. Been a Bank of America customer for many years but this might be the first time I’m thinking of changing banks

      If you look at their website, one of their Financial center services they provide is you can cash non customer checks. Today the teller tells me I can't cash in my check because I have $* in my account. That's a lie. Then I went to the Branch Manager she didn't ask for any of my information, she told me to call my company.....I wind up going to check cashing place to cash my checks. Because of that, I'm closing the account. Maybe you don't like seeing my face, well God Bless you and your works as team. I'll go somewhere else where I won't get rejected.

      Never had a worse experience with a bank. And they started to charge me 12 dollars a month for "maintenance" w.o notifying me. Go to another bank that won't charge you monthly maintenence fees.

      Hours are horrible 9-4 & no ext hrs for drive thru. Chase bank 830-6
