      They have messed up my name numerous times, then wouldn't let me change it without a secondary authority. I set up my own accounts when I was 16, ten years later when I'm a full adult I should have access to my own account! You have no problem letting underage kids set up an account without a parent, then what's the issue when you've made a mistake! Ridiculous.

      They closed at 5pm not at 6pm on friday please change you closing hr on friday.. and plus when i was reading what time they closed rude security told to move in a unfriendly manor.
