      I was hoping for this bank to get better at customer service. Today 03/24/22, I went to two locations trying to open a CD but none of these banks didn't provide me and my wife a service. About three people were standing around doing nothing while customers were setting down without help. This bank deserves zero stars till customer service improves. I waste 30 minutes on one action and I come to another location to see if they will be faster but it was terrible service like the one I left at Lake Woodlands.

      I made an appointment via the website, specifying also the purpose of the visit. When I arrived, they confused me with a different appointment at the same time to open an account. Once I showed my confirmation email they told me that they would talk to the manager and get back to me. After 20 mins waiting with nobody showing up I decided to leave. Given the opening hours. My appointment had to be during my lunch break given the bank opening schedule. What a waste of my time...

      I made the mistake to open an account on this bank. I came to the branch so I could speak to someone in person about my account. The manager just gave a number to call. 😡 I tried that number before and it doesn’t work! That’s why I came in person! I told her that. And she made an appointment for me in a hour and told me there is nothing she can do. Only for me to just call that number at 3 PM. ???

      Do not open an account here. This bank is the worst. Horrible customer service. They just close your account if there is a mistake in a check without even telling you. And nobody at the branch knows how to help me. What’s the point of having bankers if they do not know how to help clients. Again, they just keep saying call this number…..

      The staff is really nice and helpful. But 7 times out of 10 the bisness is closed in the middle of the day. Doors locked, lights out. And there is never a sing explaing why it's closed or when they will reopen. If you have the option, I would suggest going to anther bank of America.

      Never really given a 1-star review before, but unfortunately BofA really deserved this. I have several cking and savings accts with BofA, and one of the savings accts has been sitting at $0 for awhile, so I decided to close that savings acct. This type of acct mgmt cannot be done online, so I called BofA and requested this savings acct closed. No problem with the discussion... only the savings acct was mentioned, and it seemed that everything was understood and in in order. The next day I rec'd an email from BofA telling me that my CHECKING acct had low funds in it. THEY HAD TRANSFERRED ALL THE MONEY FROM MY CHECKING ACCT TO ONE OF MY OTHER SAVINGS ACCTS, AND CLOSED MY CHECKING ACCT!!! How does that mistake even get made??? So I went to the local BofA branch and found out that to fix it would take 2-3 business days! WHAT??? This left my checking account activity completely unavailable for transactions (incoming deposits OR outgoing transfers OR checks being cashed by vendors) for 2-3 business days! The man who helped me at the branch was extremely diligent and helpful, so thankfully my interactions with him were pleasant and as productive as the BofA process would allow. But -- WOW!! Couldn't believe this type of crazy, off the wall mistake could be made by a financial institution....where are all the checks & balances to make sure money doesn't get moved erroneously? And 2-3 business days to fix an error like this? Totally blew my mind.

      Never can get a hold of anyone at this branch. Lines always take some time, long or short.... Have had to wait over 20 minutes while they got another teller to a window. Just like literally every company we do business with has messed up on one thing or another costing us a lot of time and money to get straightened out... I really dislike banks. Also, we had banked with BofA for over a decade. That changed, dropped them and won't go back.

      Sad that one of their tellers cheated me out of a hundred dollars. I knew they were busy on Dec 22, 2015, but instead of counting the money right there, I waited until I was in my car. I spoke to the teller who informed me that her draw was right on the money. She and I know the real truth! After all these years of banking with Bank of America, I'm taking my money elsewhere. Please note: don't be stupid like I was, count your money right there before leaving. I don't care how busy they might be, take the time!

      This branch employes the worst of the worst candidates. Every time my business, which has been with BOA for over 12 years, has any issue, we get the most generic, unhelpful response. This branch seems to be run by early 20 year olds who possess no customer service skills. Awful company...even worse branch. We are a law firm who deposits hundreds of thousands dollars per year, and we get treated like crap. I have also seen how individuals and other small businesses are treated. Awful.
