Andrea Miller1It’s one thing to get the same results at all the banks but to go here twice and can’t get any help. I go to a different branch and they were able to help me TWICE. They are USELESS. I’ll drive an extra 4 minutes to receive great customer service and assistance on Lake Mead. Don’t go to this branch! Save your gas, time and energy. Not going to say I was stereotyped but my large deposit checks come from being a travel nurse.. actually contributing to society.

Lynn Jewell2Currently at 1pm on a Tuesday, there is no one working & everything is locked up, even though the hours posted say they're open until 4pm. No one is answering phone & there is no answering machine to take messages. Kinda frustrating & I've seen at least another 10 people have the same experience

Zephyr Wind1Can't actually do business here. Every time they send me across town to a larger branch because they're tellers are "too busy," so a 5 minute wite transfer becomes a half day ordeal. Can't imagine how they treat their small account customers, but every trip I to this branch will have you weighing whether it's finally time to completely uproot your comfort zone and switch banks.

Donika “Queen Kong Donni” M5Jocelyn the manager helped me this afternoon and she was quick and friendly. She answered all my questions. I'm not sure why everyone is complaining really, I was in and out. I suggest everyone MAKES AN APPOINTMENT ONLINE before coming in if you need a banker. Otherwise teller line is the usual wait at any bank, it might be no one in line OR it may be a long line. I don't mind if I have to wait, I rather they do what I need right and take there time. Maybe keep a good window open when you need to go to the bank. Idk. Great Bank of America!

Susan Eiselt1I received an email April 4 from Bank of America titled Security Alert: Unusual Debit Card Activity Detected and was asked to call to review transactions. All transactions are legitimate. I have been calling the fraud alert number everyday since, sometimes 3 or 4 times per day waiting on hold-one time 40 minutes-mean while my debit card has been locked. I live in PST and called at 5:00 am to accommodate EST- no response. DO NOT LOCK MY CARD IF YOU ARE NOT RESPONDING TO RETURN CALLS. Contrary to your statement, Bank of America is not here to help! During this crisis I am unable to purchase anything including any food stuffs.

Badlands DayZ1They never answer the phone ive literally been calling for hours. "All representatives are busy". Pure lies, tbe staff is too lazy to pick up a damn phone and its their job. I regret ever opening an account with these people, im sure the bank is fine but this one store in exact is a waste of time and space. ANSWER YOUR DAMN PHONE!!!

Christopher Shewbarran1Friendly tellers, but usually slow. Horribly staffed - 10 people/customers/people needing transactions in line and only one teller during lunch hour. Managers who don't assist when lines are long at all, usually. Thankfully I don't primarily bank with BoA, but experiences like this make me not want to bank with them ever. I'm sure other locations are better, but this one - not so much.

Roseanna Ardolino1BofA is one of the worst banks to deal with. They are rude and when i question them about my money in the bank they act as tho it’s theirs and get really rude. I pulled my money out closed the account and went to the credit union, America first, they know you by name and is as courteous as can be. Just love that bank
